Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them
for future reference. Your child’s safety may be affected if
you do not follow these instructions.

1. Folding together latch
To release the folding strap depress both
indicated clips simultaneously. This latch
must be engaged before storage.

2. To unfold
To open the trike chassi stand behind the
pushchair and, with both hands on the
pushbar, pull-up until the chassi clicks into
place.
3. Assembling the brake bar
Turn the trike upside down. Position the
brake bar / rear axle assembly with the
brake levers uppermost. Once the rear axle
assembly is secure to the main chassi pull
firmly on each side of the combined brake
bar / rear axle assembly to check that the
assembly on both sides is securely locked
into place.
4. Attach the rear wheels
Lift locking locating catch. Place the wheel into the axle. Release locking locating
catch and wheel should lock into position.
Pull on wheel to ensure that it is securely fitted. This process is repeated for the
other side.
5. Attaching the canopy
Fit the canopy by locating onto the seat
frame ensuring it latches into the bracket
securely.
6. Bumper bar
Attach the bumper bar onto the brackets,
it will click into place. Press grey buttons
simultaneously and pull up bumper bar to
release.

7. Attaching seat unit to chassi
Insert the seat adaptor assembly into the
main connector on the frame. You can position the seat unit to have your child facing
you or facing forward.
Warning! This seat is not suitable for children under 6 months.
Warning! Check that the pram body (carrycot) or seat unit attachment devices are
correctly engaged before use.
8. Reclining the seat unit
To recline the seat unit press the grey buttons on both sides and move into required
reclined or upright position. Release buttons when in desired position.

9. Adjusting the footrest
Press both buttons on the sides of the leg
rest, adjust to desired position and release
to lock.
10. Front wheel
The front wheels can be selected either in a
fixed position or in a swivel position.
11. Handle height adjustment
There are seven handle height positions. To
adjust, press the grey centre button and pull
up simultaneously to desired level. Release
button and engage at the desired height.

12. Using the brakes
To apply brake, press down gently on
the middle of the brake bar. Rocking the
pushchair assists engagement. To release
brake, place foot under brake bar and pull
upwards.
Warning always apply the brakes when the
pushchair is stationary.
13. Folding the chassi
Remove the seat unit before folding. Press
the grey handle height adjuster button 1
whilst depressing the secondary lock button 2. When the handle is at its lowest point,
push downwards to disengage and fold the
stroller 3. Apply the hold together latch as
per picture 1 on previous page.
14. 5-point safety harness
Feed the buckle tongues 1 & 2 into the
buckle housing 3 and click together.
Adjust your five-point harness at the points
indicated in the direction of the double arrows as required.
To unfasten the harness squeeze in the
buckle tongues 1 & 2 and pull out of the
buckle housing 3.
D-Rings are provided for attaching an extra
harness complying to BS 6684.
Warning. To avoid serious injury, always use
the 5-point safety harness.

15. Remove the mattress

17. Stay Bars
Slide the support stay bars at front and rear
until under location lugs. Refit the liner and
mattress.
18. Operation of the canopy
Pull up the handle as illustrated until the two
grey latching buttons (arrowed) engage with
a positive ”click”. Check that the handle is
secure before placing your baby into the
carrycot.
19. To lower the canopy
Depress both grey latching buttons as
shown before attempting to rotate the hood
handle.
20 & 21. Attaching carrycot to chassi
Lower the carrycot as shown ensuring both
side grey side buttons latch into place. Ensure securely positioned by pulling up on
the handle. Pull down the stabilizer bar and
lock onto the basket bar as shown.
Warning! Check that the pram body or seat
unit attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
Warning! The Crescent trike carrycot is only suitable
for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over and
cannot push itself up on its hands and knees.
Max weight of the child is 9kg (approx 6 months)
Warning! Do not let other children play unattended
near the carrycot.
Warning! Do not use if any part is broken or missing.
Warning! never use a mattress thicker than 30mm.
This will reduce the effective height inside of the
carrycot to less than 150mm.
When a mattress is purchased separately it should
conform to BS1877-part 10 :1997.
22. Removal of carrycot
Release and store the stabilizer bar.
Depress each grey side button as shown,
whilst lifting up gently and simultaneously
holding handle. Pull up and clear of chassis
once both sides are released.
Carrycot cleaning information
The exterior of the carrycot, hood and
apron of the Crescent trike carrycot may be
cleaned with a damp cloth.
The lining and cover must be washed by
hand using a soft detergent at a maximum
temperature of 30 degrees (see instructions
on washing label). Do not place in washing
machine or tumble-dryer!
Important:
1. Use only on a firm, horizontal, level and
dry surface.
2. The handles and the bottom of the
carrycots should be inspected regularly for
signs of damage and wear.
3. Be aware of the risk of open fire and
other source of strong heat, such as
electric bar fires, gas fires etc, in the vicinity
of the carry cot.
4. The trike carrycot is not a safe means of
transport by car and should NEVER be used
as such. Use an approved car safety seat
for transport by car.
trike maintenance and care
• Use the Crescent trike for only one child
at a time.
• Crescent trike is suitable for children from
birth to approx 4 years (up to 20kg), and
when seated, the midpoint of the childs
head is at or below the top of the stroller
seat. The maximum weight allowance for
use with a Maxi-Cosi Infant Carrier is 13kg.
The maximum weight allowance for the trike
carrycot is 9kg.
• It is recommended that you do not use the
trike seat unit until your child is able to sit up
unassisted, usually at around 6 months.
• Make sure the trike is fully unfolded and
locked before placing your child in it.
• Keep your child away from all moving
parts when folding, unfolding or adjusting
the pushchair.
• Always apply brakes when parking, even
when standing still for a few moments.
• Inspect and clean your pushchair
frequently. Never use abrasive cleaners or
lubricants.
• Never lift the trike or use escalators or
stairs when there is a child in it.
• Use original accessories and manufacturer-approved parts only.
Failure to do so may affect your warranty.
• Do not make any changes to this product.
If you have any problems or complaints,
contact your retailer or importer.
• To avoid the risk of suffocation, keep all
plastic packaging materials out of the reach
of children.
The Crescent trike pushchair requires
regular maintenance by you.
• Regularly inspect the locking devices,
brakes, harness assembly, catches, seat
adjusters, joints and fixings to ensure
they are secure and in full working order.
• The brakes and wheels are subject to
wear and should be replaced as and
when necessary.
• Should any parts of your trike
pushchair become stiff or difficult to
operate, ensure that dirt is not the
cause. Then try a light application of a
sprayable lubricant e.g. silicon spray,
ensuring that the lubricant penetrates
between the components, but take care
as excessive application may encourage
the accumulation of dirt. Regular light
lubrication of moving parts will extend
the life of your pushchair and make
opening and folding easier.
• Do not leave the trike pushchair
in sunlight for prolonged periods as the
colour of some fabrics may fade.
• Store the pushchair in a dry, well
ventilated and safe place.
• Your pushchair should be serviced and
reconditioned before using it for a
second baby, or within 18 months,
whichever is the sooner. This can be
arranged by contacting your Crescent
dealer.

b. Warning Please ensure that your
child wears a correctly fitted and
adjusted harness at all times. For
extra safety, ’D’ - ring loops are
provided for the attachment of a
separate safety harness, if desired,
approved to BS 6684.
c. Warning Keep children clear of
moving parts before making
adjustments. To avoid entrapment,
keep your own and your children’s
fingers clear of any folding parts.
Overloading, incorrect folding and
the use of non-approved accessories
may damage, break or otherwise
render the pushchair unsafe for use.
d. Warning Do not allow your child
to climb unassisted into the
pushchair.
e. Warning This seat is not suitable
for children under 6 months.
f. Warning Do not use replacement
parts or accessories, e.g. child seats,
bag hooks, rain covers, etc. other
than those approved by Crescent.
g. Warning Do not overload the
pushchair with additional children,
heavy packages, goods or
accessories. Bags and other items
must not be hung from the handle
bars as they may damage the frame
or otherwise cause the pushchair to
become unbalanced and tip over.
h. WarningHold on to your pushchair
when close to any moving road
vehicle or train. Even with the brakes
on, the draught from the vehicle may
cause the pushchair to move. The
pushchair should only be used under
adult supervision.
i. Warning Do not use the pushchair
in a manner for which it is not
designed.
j. Warning if the pushchair is to
be used by someone unfamiliar with
it (e.g. by grandparents) always
show them how it works.
k. Warning always use the crotch
strap in combination with the waist
belt.
l. Warning never use the carrycot
on a stand.
m. Warning This product is not
suitable for running or skating.
n. Warning The maximum load for
the shopping basket is 5kg.

1. Chassispärr/lås
För att lossa chassilåset, frigör låsarmen
genom den större öglan. Chassilåset måste
vara tillslaget vid förvaring och transport i
ihopfällt läge.
4. Montera bakhjulen
För in bakhjulets axel i de anpassade hålen
på bakaxeln tills de klickar på plats.
Det är viktigt att efterdra och känna att hjulen verkligen sitter korrekt och snurrar fritt.
2. Fälla upp vagnen
För att fälla upp chassit står du bakom vagnen medm bådaq händerna på handtaget
och dra uppåt tills chassit klickar fast i helt
utfällt läge.
5. Fästa sufletten
Fäst sufletten med suflettens fästen i de avpassade hålen på sittdelen.
3. Montering av broms-baren
Vind din trike uppochnet. Placera bromsaxeln med fästhålen mot chassibenen som bilden visar. Skjut axeln nedåt tills den klickar
på plats.
Viktigt! Efterkänn att axeln sitter korrekt fast
på båda sidor innan användning.
6. Handtagsbåge
Barnets handtagsbåge klickas på plats, pilarna visar vilket håll den skall sitta på.
Bågen lossas genom att trycka in de grå
låsknapparna på bågens undersida.

7. Fästa sittdelen på chassit
Placera sitsen på chassit i de avpassade
fästena, du kan välja att montera sitsen mot
dig eller framåtvänd.
Varning! Sitsen är inte lämplig att användas
för barn under 6 månader.
Kontrollera alltid att sitsen sitter korrekt fast
innan användning.
För att lossa sitsen trycker du in knapparna
som visas på bild 8 och drar sitsen uppåt.
8. Justera sitsen
För att justera rygg/sittläge trycker du in
knapparna på båda sidor som bilden visar
och fäller sitsen till önskat läge. Släpp knapparna för att låsa sitsen.

9. Justera fotstödet
Tryck in knapparna på båda sidor som bilden visar och justera fotstödet till önskat
läge. OBS! fotstödet får ej belastas med vikt
mer än barnets fötter och ben, och får ej
klättras på.
10. Svängbart framhjul
Framhjulet kan antingas placeras i svängbart eller fast läge genom att vrida justeringsknappen till önskat läge.
11. Höjdjustering av handtag
För att justera handtaget till önskad längd
trycks knappen i mitten av handtaget in, för
handtaget till önskat läge och lås igen genom att släppa knappen.

12. Använda bromsen
För att bromsa din trike trycker du foten
nedåt i mitten på bromsstången tills den
klickar fast i låst läge.
För att lossa bromsen förs bromsstången
uppåt underifrån tills hjulen åter har fri gång.
Använd alltid bromsen när vagnen parkeras.
13. Fälla ihop vagnen
Avlägsna sittdelen före ihopfällning. Tryck
in handtagets höjdjusteringsknapp 1 samtidigt som knapp 2 på bilden. För handtaget
nedåt mot chassit tills det når bottenläge
och tryck till för att fälla ihop chassit. Efter
ihopfällning skall chassit låsas enligt bild 1
på föregående sida.
14. 5-punkts säkerhetssele
Fäst spännena 1 & 2 i centrumlåset 3 tills de
klickar fast.
Justera 5-punktselen till önskad passform
på de platser som bilden visar med dubbelriktade pilar.
För att lossa selen klämmer du om spännena 1 & 2 och drar dem ur centrumlåset.
D-ringar finns för att fästa en extra
sele som uppfyller BS 6684.
6. Varning! För att undvika skador och säkerhetsrisker, använd alltid 5-punkts säkerhetselen.

15. Ta bort madrassen

17. Stödben
Skjut upp båda stödbenen för att spänna ut
liggdelen till uppfällt läge och lås på båda
sidor genom att klicka i benen i låshakarna
på liggdelens botten.
18. Fälla upp sufletten
Dra i handtaget på suflettens top tills sufletten klickar fast i uppfällt läge. När sufletten
är korrekt uppfälld kan liggdelen lyftas och
monteras på vagnen.
19. Fälla ner sufletten
Tryck in de båda grå låsknapparna på suflettens insida som bilden visar och fäll sufletten nedåt.
20 & 21. Fästa liggdelen på chassit
Sänk ner liggdelen över chassit och fäst
liggdelen i de avpassade hållen som bilden
visar. Se till att liggdelen klickat korrekt på
plats genom att dra liggdelen uppåt.
Fäll ner stödbenen på liggdelens undersida
och lås fast i varukorgens axel.
Varning! Kontrollera alltid att liggdelen sitter
korrekt fast på chassit innan användning.
Varning Crescent trike liggdelen är endast lämplig
för barn som inte kan sitta själv, rulla runt och inte
kan pressa sig upp på sina händer och knän.
Högsta vikt för barnet 9 kg (ca 6 månader)
Varning Låt inte andra barn leka utan uppsikt i
närheten av liggdelen.
Använd inte om någon del är trasig eller saknas.
Använd aldrig en madrass tjockare än 30 mm,
detta kommer att minska den effektiva höjden på
insidan av liggdel till mindre än 150 mm.
När en madrass köps separat ska den uppfylla
BS1877-del 10: 1997.
22. Borttagning av liggdel
Lossa stödbenen från varukorgsbågen.
Lossa liggdelen från chassit genom att
trycka in knapparna på båda sidor som bilden visar och dra liggdelen uppåt.
Liggdel rengöringsinformation
Utsidan av trike liggdelen kan rengöras med
en fuktad trasa utan rengöringsmedel.
Foder och madrass kan tvättas för hand i
30-gradigt vatten med tvål.
Se vidare instruktioner på tvättlappen.
OBS! Ingen del av trike får tvättas i maskin
eller torktumlas.
Viktigt:
1. Använd bara på en fast, horisontellt och
torr yta.
2. Handtag och botten skall kontrolleras regelbundet för tecken på skador och slitage.
3. Var medveten om risken för öppen eld
och andra källor till stark värme, såsom
elektriska grillar, gasol-grillar osv.
4. Endast reservdelar som är godkända av
tillverkaren får användas.
5. Liggdelen får aldrig användas för att
transportera barn i bil, vid bilfärd skall alltid
en godkänd bilstol användas.
trike underhåll och skötsel
• Använd Crescent trike för endast ett barn
i taget.
• Crescent trike är lämplig för barn från
födseln till ca 4 år (upp till 20 kg), och när
man sitter, mittpunkten i barnets huvud är
på eller under toppen av barnvagnen sits.
Den maximala vikten för användning med
ett Maxi-Cosi babyskydd är 13kg. Maximal
belastningsvikt för trike liggdel är 9kg.
• Använd inte vagnens sittdel förrän barnet
kan sitta själv, vanligtvis när barnet nått 6
månaders ålder.
• Se till att din trike är korrekt uppfälld innan

• Lyft aldrig vagnen eller kör i rulltrappa med
ett barn i vagnen..
• Endast reservdelar som är godkända av
tillverkaren får användas.
• Gör inga förändringar i denna produkt.
Om du har några problem eller behöver support, kontakta din återförsäljare.
• För att undvika risken för kvävning, se till
att alla plastförpackningar och förpacknings
material hålls utom räckhåll för barn.
• Din Crescent trike kräver regelbundet underhåll av dig.
• Kontrollera regelbundet att låsanordningar, broms, sele, knappar, sitsjusteringsanordningar, leder och infästningar för att
säkerställa att de är säkra och i fullt fungerande skick.
• Bromsarna och hjul är föremål för
slitage och bör underhållas regelbundet och
bytas ut vid behov.
• Om någon del av på din trike blir stel eller
svår att justera, dvs bristande funktion, se
till att smuts inte är orsaken. Försök sedan
en lätt tillämpning av ett spraybart smörjmedel, vi rekommenderar silikonspray.
Se till att smörjmedlet tränger in mellan alla
komponenter, men ta hand om överbliven
smörjvätska då det enkelt blir en smutsansamling annars. Regelbunden smörjning av
rörliga delar kommer att förlänga livslängden för din Crescent trike och göra ihopfällning lättare.
• Lämna inte din trike barnvagn i direkt solljus under längre perioder eftersom färgen
på vissa tyger kan blekna.
• Förvara vagnen på en torr och väl ventilerad och säker plats.
• Din sittvagn skall servas och gås igenominnan du använder det för ett andra barn,
eller inom 18 månader, beroende på vilket
som inträffar först.

separata säkerhetssele, om så önskas,

fastna, håll dina egna och dina barns fingrarna borta från alla rörliga delar.
Överbelastning, felaktig ihopfällning och
användning av icke-godkända tillbehör
kan skada eller på annat sätt göra vagnen
farlig för användning.
d. Varning! Låt inte ditt barn klättra på
egen hand i sittvagnen.
e. Varning! Den här sittvagnen är inte
lämplig för barn under 6 månader.
f. Varning! Använd inte tredjeparts delar eller tillbehör, t.ex. barnstolar, krokar,
regnskydd, etc.

g. Varning! Överbelasta inte sittvagnen
med ytterligare barn, tunga paket, varor
eller tillbehör. Väskor och andra föremål
får inte hängas från handtaget eftersom
de kan skada vagnen eller på annat sätt

h. Varning! Använd vagnen med gott omdöme i närheten av vägar, bilar, tåg eller
andra rörliga fordon. Även om bromsen
är tillslagen skall aktsamhet bejakas och
vagnen skall alltid finnas i uppsyn av en
vuxen.
i. Varning! Använd inte vagnen på annat
sätt än den är utformad för.
j. Varning! Om vagnen skall brukas av
någon som ej är van vid den (exempelvis
mor- eller farföräldrar), visa dem alltid hur
vagnens alla delar fungerar.
k. Varning! Använd alltid selens grenband
i samband med användning av selen.
l. Varning! Placera aldrig liggdelen på ett
bord eller liknande yta.
m. Varning! Denna produkt är inte avsedd
för användning i samband med löpning eller skridskoåkning.
n. Varning! Den maximala belastningen
för varukorgen är 5 kg.
o. Varning! Spara alltid denna manual tillsammans med din Crescent trike för framtida bruk.
