Teak erbjuder ett starkt kassaflöde till fonden på grund av kort tillväxttid, stor efterfrågan på odlad teak och högt virkesvärde. 35 % av tillgångarna investeras i Europeisk skog, huvudsakligen i Östeuropa. Dessa skogsfastigheter erbjuder ett något lägre löpande kassaflöde, men större möjlighet till avkastning på grund av snabbare värdeökning av marken. Återstående 15 % investeras i skogsrelaterade index och ETF:er (Exchange Traded Funds) på den Nordamerikanska marknaden vilket ger fonden ökad likviditet och diversifiering.
