OVERVIEW
This training introduces participants to productivity measurement concepts and provides steps on how to set
up a measurement system and practical applications of productivity measurement. It also includes hands-on
training on i-COMPASS which is software used to measure productivity and performance, analyse and
interpret results from key performance indicators.
