Productivity Measurement Workshop COMPASS Training (Company Manual for Productivity Assessment) National Training and Productivity Centre OVERVIEW This training introduces participants to productivity measurement concepts and provides steps on how to set up a measurement system and practical applications of productivity measurement. It also includes hands-on training on i-COMPASS which is software used to measure productivity and performance, analyse and interpret results from key performance indicators.
