• Individual measuring of electricity, heat and hot water

• Solar heating attached to district heating
• Parking house served with renewable energy covering
50 %, solar cells and urban windturbines
Sustainability aspects Fullriggaren
• Organic waste collected through food waste disposers
and collected in a tank, for biogasproduction
• Low parking norm against free memberships to local
carpoolservice, for all residents in 5 years
• Climate Smart green solutions through high ”Green
Space Factor”, with emphasis on green roofs, walls, and
large trees
• Strong emphasis on architectural qualities
