MI utgår ifrån att byggprocessen är komplex
och att en tidplan förändras under projektets
gång:
• Planläggning bedrivs därför med kort tidshorisont – dag till
dag planering
• Sker förberedelserna av arbetet med så kallad
förhindersanalys av aktiviteterna
• Mäts PPU, vilket är ett mätetal som visar hur bra vi är på
att planera
• Jobbar systematiskt med involvering och åtaganden
