SAFETY INSTURCTION
1.
To avoid electric shock, fire or injury, please read the user manual carefully before using the
appliance and keep it for future reference.
2.
This appliance is for household use only. Please use suitable power source (220-240V~/50Hz).
3.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
4.
Do not use the appliance under direct sunshine.
5.
Please turn off the appliance when not in use otherwise it may result in danger.
6.
Please turn off the appliance and unplug the socket when unattended otherwise it may result in
danger.
7.
Keep the appliance away from children.
8.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
9.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away from the appliance unless continuously
supervised.
10. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided
that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
11. With any indication of malfunction (including power cords), please stop using the appliance
immediately to avoid hazard. Take it to the authorized service center for repair. Do not attempt to
repair or change any parts by yourself.
12. Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
13. Clean the surface of the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive detergent or solvent to
clean. Do not swash the appliance with water.
14. Please turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use. Make sure the power is off before
pulling out the plug. Do not pull the cord.
15. When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please turn it off, unplug it, pack it well,
and store it in dry cool place.
16. Forbid to put flammable and explosive objects around the appliance, and do not use the appliance
in an environment full of flammable gas and powder. Keep away from any fire and heat sources.
17. Please put the power cord in the right place in order to avoid tripping the appliance over.
18. Do not put any objects on the appliance and put the appliance below a socket-outlet.
19. Please keep the air inlet and the air outlet unblocked to minimize the risk of fire and malfunction.
20. Ensure no water or raindrop leak into the appliance in order to avoid electric shock. Do not put
flammable objects or wet clothes on the air outlet in order to avoid short circuit or fire.
21. Please do not place the air inlet or the air outlet near to curtains or walls when operation because
it will block the air current and cause fire. The appliance should be installed at minimum distant
of 10 cm from the wall or other obstacles.
22. To prevent spillage, please empty the water tank before relocating the appliance.
23. Do not tip the appliance to any side as escaping water could damage the appliance.
24. Please do not insert any objects into the air inlet or the air outlet in order to avoid electric shock.
25. After a period of operation, abnormal noise and uneven air volume may appeared because of dust
blocking airflow. It will disappear after cleaning the dustproof filter.
26. Do not use any bug sprays or other flammable cleaners on the appliance.
Note: To avoid any malfunction or damage, do not tilt or crossing place the appliance under any
operation.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
*Connect the power cord to the correct power supply (220-240V, ~50Hz).
1.
Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the dehumidifier and the power indicator will be on. Press the
ON/OFF again to turn off the dehumidifier and the power indicator will be off.
2.
Press the humidity setting button to set the desired dehumidifying mode: continuous (CNT),
humidity 40%, 50%, 60% or 70% and the relative mode indicator will be on.
3.
Press the wind speed button to set the wind speed. The high wind speed indicator will be on if high
wind speed is selected. The low wind speed indicator will be on if low wind speed is selected.
4.
Press the TIMER button in ON mode to set the auto off timer (1-24 hours) and the LED display
will show the set auto off time. The auto off timer will add 1 hour for each press. The LED display
will be returned to the room humidity after 8 seconds.
5.
Press the temperature display button and the LED display will show the room temperature .The
LED display will be returned to the room humidity after 8 seconds.
6.
Press the dryer button to turn on the dryer function and the dryer indicator will be on. The
dehumidifier will be operated in high wind speed and continuous dehumidifying, it could help to
dry the laundry.
7.
Press the TIMER in OFF mode to set the auto on timer (1-24 hours) and the LED display will
show the set auto on time. The auto on timer will add 1 hour for each press.
8.
Press ION- & UV button to start the function of ION- & UV and the ION- & UV indicator will be
on.
9.
Ambient humidity indicator :
Blue light – room humidity > 70%
Green light – room humidity = 50%-70%
Red light – room humidity < 50%
Red light flash – water full alarm

DRAINAGE INSTRUCTION
While the water tank is full, the compressor and fan will stop operating and the water tank full indicator
will be on. Please empty the water tank.
*Disconnect the appliance from power source before removing the water tank.
1.
Remove the water tank carefully.
2.
Empty the water tank.
3.
Insert the water tank gently back into the appliance.
CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE
1.
Pull out the water tank (Fig.1).
2.
Connect the drain hole with an 11mm inner diameter water tube (Fig.2).
*Please purchase the water tube.
3.
Ensure another side of the water tube is in right place for continuous drainage.
*Note: Precautions should be taken to prevent the water tube from freezing in very cold weather
conditions.
4.
Put the water tank back to its position. Otherwise, operation cannot be started.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
* Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
Cleaning the air filter
1.
Remove the washable filter and the active carbon filter.
*Notes: carbon filter is not washable.
2.
Use a vacuum cleaner or tap the filter lightly for cleaning.
3.
Make sure the filter is completely dry naturally before replacing.
4.
Do not expose the filter to sunlight to avoid deforming the filter.
Cleaning the body
1.
Use soft cloths to wipe the appliance clean.
2.
Do not ever use volatile chemicals, gasoline, detergents, chemically treated cloths, or other
cleansing solutions. All these could possibly hurt the cabinet.
Storage
If the appliance is not used for a prolonged period of time, please:
1.
Empty the water tank completely and wipe it clean and dry.
2.
Unplug the appliance and tidy the power cord.
3.
Clean the air filter.
4.
Pack it well, and store it in dry cool place.
Note: To avoid any malfunction or damage, do not tilt or crossing place the appliance when storage.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT OPERATE:
Is the appliance plugged in?
Is the house electricity on?
Is the room temperature below 5 ℃ or above 32 ℃? If so, then it is out of the working range
of the appliance.
Ensure the humidistat (or ON/OFF switch) is turned on.
Check the water tank if it is positioned properly in the appliance, and make sure it is not full.
Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.






THE APPLIANCE SEEMS TO DO NOTHING:
Q: Is the filter dusty or contaminated?
A: Remove the filter and clean it with warm water (below 40 ℃) every 2 weeks. Let it dry
naturally and replace it.
Q: Is the air intake or outlet blocked up?
A: Please move the object away from the air intake or outlet.
Q: Is the room humidity already quite low?
A: The dehumidifier shall not operate if the humidity setting is higher than the ambient
humidity.



THE APPLIANCE SEEMS TO OPERATE NON-STOP:
Q: Do windows or doors open?
A: Please close the windows or doors when operating the dehumidifier.
Q: Is there something in the room producing lots of humidity?
A: Please put these stuffs into another room, close the toilet lid and cover every glass of water.


THE APPLIANCE IS TOO NOISY:
Check whether the appliance is sitting on a level surface.

THE APPLIANCE IS LEAKING:
Make sure the appliance is working in good condition and does not tilt in position.
If you are not using continuous drainage, make sure the water tank is empty or not full.



To prevent circuit overload and fire, no more than one adaptor or one extension unit should be inserted into a socket outlet.
(Do not connect other appliances to the socket outlet supplying an electric heater.) No adaptor should be inserted into any
extension unit or vice versa.
6.
Stop using an adaptor or an extension unit or a socket if its socket holes cannot firmly hold a plug if it is too hard to insert a
plug into it.
7.
This appliance must be plugged into a specific 220V socket with no less than 10A provided. Please make sure the plug is
fully plugged-in before use. Do not use any adapter or extension cord; Never use the same supply socket for this appliance
and other appliances at the same time, in order to avoid damage to this appliance.
