Installation Manual
Introduction
ATMdesk/Repair is a Windows application installed on a desktop or laptop PC.
ATMdesk/Repair is designed to test individual ATM modules on the table during repair
process in a workshop.
ATMdesk/Repair uses a dedicated USB-SDC adapter to connect to SDC modules.
The adapter must be present at all times to authorize use of ATMdesk/Repair, even if
testing only USB or RS232 devices.
ATMdesk/Repair further offers the following options:
•
•
•
ATMdesk/Repair is the top-of-the-line product to test all NCR ATM modules.
ATMdesk/Repair Lite to test selected types of ATM modules only.
ATMdesk/Plus to test all ATM modules using your existing ATMdesk/Pro
license (an ATMdesk/Pro Key holding a valid license is required in addition).
The actual option (as well as device types for Lite) is selected at the time of
purchase (appropriate type of USB-SDC adapter is supplied). The software package is
the same in all cases.
Please refer to separate ATMdesk/Plus Installation and Handling Manual for
details specific to ATMdesk/Plus usage.
