Quick Start Guide:
PlagiarismCheckerX startup guide covers all key technical and non-technical subjects related to
the software and its usage. Additionally, it will help users learn how to download, install and use
the premium desktop application.
Before anything else, make sure that your system/laptop/personal computer meets the
minimum/recommended system requirements outlined earlier.
Install Plagiarism checker X:
Once you download the product on your system, install the executable file on your operating
system. In order to do this, a user will have to fill out a given form. There is no need to be
technically much sound, to operate the installation as it is very easy to do that.
After Installation:
Once you are done with the installation process, a small screen (like the one given below) will
show the ‘Limited Trial Version’ of the software. If you have a paid version of
PlagiarismCheckerX, click on the ‘Enter Key’ section and paste your product key. Contrary to
this, by clicking on ‘Buy Now’, you can go for a premium product subscription to enjoy numerous

How to Use the Software?
Looking at user interface, you can decide your nature of usage and need. By default, you have
‘online plagiarism’ tab opened before you.
There are three tabs below, as you can see in the interface:
1. Check your document
2. Check your paragraph
3. Check your Blog or webpages
Use the most appropriate option for you and hit ‘analyze it’ to receive the report. If you have a
document, click on ‘load document’ option and hit analyze it. Contrary to this, for ‘paragraphs’ or
website checking, go for the suitable tab.
In the next pages, every option is being described in a little detail.

Check Your Paragraphs:
In ‘check your paragraph’ option, either paste your content or use ‘load document’ option and
then click on ‘analyze it’ button.
On the bottom left side, you can see the names of leading search engines. We recommend
using ‘auto flipping’ of search engines and let the software automatically detect content on a
given search engine though you can select a preferred one.
The report would look similar to the screenshot given below.

Check Your Webpages:
With the help of PlagiarismChecker, webmasters, online media professionals, bloggers, and
internet marketers can detect plagiarism in a given webpage. Simply click ‘check your
webpages’ option.
Once you have selected the particular option, paste the given URL in the window before you,
and hit ‘Analyze it’. This plagiarism detector will check every sentence in the search engines
and show the report similar to the screenshot.

A small window with ‘Do you want to view the report’ will open that has a detailed HTML
report of your intended URL.
Here, you can see the level of plagiarism in a particular sentence relative to the given
webpages. You can easily check the original sources of the content. Customers can save the
report on their machine to view it later.
View all sources section will give you a list of websites that have the particular content. In the
detailed content you can check every sentence by hovering mouse over it.
Check Your Documents/Assignments:
PlagiarismCheckerX enables you to scan your written contents. The software is compatible with
almost all leading textual file formats. The leading popular file types like *.Docx, *.Doc, *.Txt,
*.HTML, *.RTF, and documents in a text format can be checked. Furthermore, the documents
whose syntax is in Multilanguage format (English, French, German, Russian, and Dutch) can be
uploaded.
Select ‘Large Content’ option and upload document by clicking on ‘Load Document’
option.The documents’ content is loaded into the provided area. When you click on the ‘Analyze
it ‘button, the system will check results online for duplicate results.

Here again, we recommend you to use ‘auto’ option to let the software automatically flip the
search engines though you can select your preferred search engine.
You can view the detected results by clicking on results tab.
The duplicate text is highlighted in various colors that indicate the level of plagiarism with
regards to a particular website.
The colors indicate the following:

Blue - 1-19% matching text
Green - 20-39% matching text
Yellow - 40-59 % matching text
Pink - 60-100% matching text

Export Detailed HTML Report:
The report can be generated and saved by clicking on “Export HTML” button. The report will
look similar to the one shown the screenshot below.
By clicking on the ‘view all sources’ users can easily identify all the web sources that have the
similar content.

Side By Side Comparison:
PlagiarismCheckerX protects your unique and valuable content. You can use its ‘similar content
search’ module to check for similar text or similar content from paragraph to another. Simply
add a set of paragraphs in the sections provided manually or import a file containing some text.
If you want to interchange the paragraphs just click the ‘Flip’ button to swap the paragraphs.

To view the similar keyword phrases you will just click the ‘Scan Now’ button and the stats will
show some percentage amount of duplicate phrases. Also the text in paragraphs will be
highlighted with different colors showing duplication of keywords. See the screen shot below:

For bloggers and search engine optimization professionals, this module can be very useful. It
can generate reports of keyword phrases by ‘Export a CSV’ and ‘Export HTML’. You just have
to click the buttons on the screen and it will generate the reports of your desired keywords.
You can also look at the Keywords and their brief report using “View Report” button.

Bulk Search:

Once you have clicked the ‘Scan’ button your respective documents will be processed and you
can generate report of the documents scanned and compared via ‘View Report’ button. The
report will be saved in HTML format, and you can view it later on your machine. The colors
indicate the level of plagiarism, as we have already discussed in previous section. See a couple

This option will facilitate you to check a particular one document against many (several)
documents. See below screen shot for more clarification.
