Warranty Terms and Warranty Card
Warranty Terms
This limited Warranty is Provided by Renesola to the original purchaser of The Energy Storage System
Product (the “Product”) that is identified on Seller’s invoice reflecting its original purchase. The Seller
is the Renesola identified as such on the invoice. This Limited Warranty may be transferred to subsequent
purchasers of the Product, provided that such Product is resold in new condition and in its original packaging.
The determination of whether the Product is defective shall be made by Seller in its sole discretion with
consideration given to the overall performance of the Product.
A. Warranty Period
Warranty claims are subject to the provisions as set out herein. Purchaser receives the Limited Warranty for
the applicable period expressed in years, as described in Table 1. Each warranty is effective for purchases of
Product on the date shown on the invoice.

(2) RFE Series Product with 2 years guarantee on a case by case basis, But does not include the
lead-acid batteries.
This Limited Warranty only covers Products applied within their ‘intended’ or ‘normal use’ which are:
Operating conditions are in accordance with the information on the Products and its packaging;

Exclusions & Limitations 1.In any event, all warranty claims must be presented within applicable warranty period for this Limited
Warranty to be effective

3)、The damage caused by the dismantle movement of a non-our-company authorized maintainer;
4)、The breakdown, row harm or damaged because of the move or drop ;
5)、The damage caused by customer inappropriate preservation, maintain, or the usage;
6)、The breakdown and the damage caused by the Force majeure,including but not limited to
earthquakes, floods, typhoons, volcanic, snow, etc;
7)、Easy damaged pieces and present accessories are not concerned;
This Limited Warranty as set forth herein is expressly in lieu of and excludes all other express or implied
approved by ReneSola.

Obtaining Warranty Performance
B. On-Site Technical Support
ReneSola will provide free on-site technical support during the period of warranty in any event of malfunction
or default in the product. Please contact the local Renesola customer service in your region for technical issues.
C. Hassle Free Product Replacement
Renesola will replace the faulty or defective Product once a claim with a brief error description is received from
the Purchaser.
All defective Product authorized for return must be returned in the original shipping package or other packaging
that is equally and sufficiently protective of the product.
For avoidance of doubt,” replace the faulty or defective Product” does not include any removal or reinstallation
costs or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses. But Renesola will be responsible for
shipping costs to return non-conforming Products or any damages that may occur during the return of Product.

Please report defective devices with a brief error description to our service hotline for initial problem
identification and return the warranty card to our service department by fax/email for warranty claim.
If your claim is approved, ReneSola will generally send an equivalent replacement device or parts, packaged
appropriately for transport, within 7 working days. The replacement device parts will be installed by service
personnel from the closest office of Renesola. The defective device is to be packed in the original packaging
materials for return transport to the closest office of Renesola within 30 days of the claim approval date.
• If in-field troubleshooting does not solve the problem. the claim requests must include the following
information:
Defective Product(s) proof-of-purchase in the form of :
(1) the dated purchase receipt from the original purchase of the product at point of sale to the end user, or
(2) the dated dealer invoice or purchase receipt showing original equipment manufacturer status, or
(3) the dated invoice or purchase receipt showing the product exchanged under warranty, using Warranty
Card, which includes, but is not limited to, the following information:
Serial number of the Defective Product.
Detailed description of the defect.
Shipping address for return of the repaired or replacement product (as applicable).
• All Defective Product authorized for return must be returned in the original shipping container or other
packaging that is equally and sufficiently protects the product.
• The returned defective product must not have been disassembled or modified without the prior written
authorization.
If ReneSola discovers the products claimed defective have been disassembled or modified without priorad
explicit authorized permission from ReneSola, this warranty shall be null and void.
