Welcome to the 8th annual Hullabaloo! Offaly’s Children’s Arts Festival.
We are excited to present another packed programme of creative opportunities for
children aged 2 to 12 in Birr, Clara and Edenderry, but this is a festival for all
children across the county and of course, many of the performances are for the
whole family and the young at heart! We hope you enjoy the festival and we

Stuff with Paul Timoney
Starting with a bunch of ordinary objects
we will invent a variety of alternative and
imaginative uses. A clothes peg might become
a replacement beak for an injured chicken...an old
bike lamp could turn into an anti-war weapon

Birr:
For all events in Birr call the box office
at Birr Theatre and Arts Centre

Children should wear comfortable
clothes for activities and bring an old
t-shirt for make and do workshops
In line with our Child Protection Policy
and in the interest of safety for all
children, age limit and participant
numbers will be strictly adhered to.
Clara:
For events in Clara Family Resource
Centre booking begins on Oct 20th
between 9.30am and 1pm. Bookings can
be made over the phone 057 9331928
but must be paid in full and collected
within 48 hours, otherwise tickets will be
resold.
For the event at Clara Bog Visitor Centre
please call 057 9331928.
For events at Clara Library call
057 9357400
You will be asked to sign in your child
to all workshops and leave your contact
details with staff.
Please ensure you are at the events
at least 5 minutes before the end of
a workshop to be present when your
child finishes.
Preschool children should be
accompanied at all times, please
check individual events for additional
parent attendance requirements.
