Purpose of the Club: 



To prepare for Common Admission Test
To prepare for civil services
To prepare for Placements and other interviews
To Learn from each other
Year Plan for 2014-2015:  Every activity should be organized once a week.
 Interview should be conducted by two faculty members of each
department two times every month.
 4th year students will coordinate with all 3rd, 2nd and 1st year students
 To organize Guest lectures
 To send students in different technical fests for competition and learning.
 To organize these events at inter collage competition in our college.
Rules and regulations:  Once anyone register in T&P Club it is necessary to be in all events
conducted by club if you will not present in any event, you may lose your
membership and you can’t take part in any activity may be fined.
 Only disciplined students are allowed in our club activities.
 In case any disputes, final decision will be taken by T&P Cell.
 A non-refundable fee of Rs.50/- will be charged from each member
associated with the club as entry fees.
 The club annual elections will be held on yearly basis.
 In case of any damage the total cost of the material damaged will be
charged from the guilty ones.
 For club members to participate in any activity conducted by T&P Club is
free of cost.
 Various events organized by the club during period of course.
 Participants will not be entitled to any membership or claim basis on
performance.
 Registration fees for any event being organized will be decided by
faculty advisors and will not be refunded once registered.
 Account in nationalized bank will be formed for collection of all the funds
gathered for the club in the college to be operated by T&P Cell.
 Which faculty members will hold charge associated with the club
 Transparency in terms of decisions whether financial or operational will be
followed.
 Director and T.P.O will have full authority to modify the changes required
anytime during tenure of club members.
 Club Governing Body has right to change or add any rule without any prior
information.
 Expenditure can be meted out from student welfare fund.
