It certainly was a whirlwind introduction to the role of
Melbourne Victory Head Coach last season, and while it
was a big undertaking, I’m confident that by season’s
end, you would have seen that the team were playing
cohesively, in our style and at a level we expect.

In reality though, we fell short in both the A-League and AFC
Champions League. This was extremely disappointing and I carry
that pain, as does the group, and collectively we’ll use it to drive us
forward this season.
To make sure we reach those heights, we want you to be part of our
next chapter. This Club has achieved a lot in our first 10 years, but we
need your help and support to make us even better in what is set to
be our biggest season yet.
We want to play a proactive, possession based, high-tempo,
aggressive brand of football. We want to deliver a style that is
attractive and one that you’re proud of. Ultimately, we want this to be
a winning brand. While we may play in different formations depending
upon the circumstances, our Club philosophy remains the same.

reflect on what Melbourne Victory has grown into and also achieved.
I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of our great Club and continue

MEMBER PACK DELIVERY
To ensure your membership experience isn’t
affected by delays in the production of your
member pack, this season the Club will be
splitting your packs into two deliveries.
Delivery 1: From September, your membership
card will be delivered.
Delivery 2: From October, your member pack
will be delivered.
Note: Any member that joins in October and
beyond will receive the above items combined.
The 12-month instalment program commenced on June 28, 2014. The first payment includes a $13 administration fee and the amount depends upon
when you join, followed by equal monthly instalments to be paid on the 28th of each month from that point onwards.
RENEWING
When it comes time to renew for the next season, we’ll allow you to confirm any membership changes and offer upgrade options, before your
membership automatically rolls over, with the same monthly part-payment model.
JOINING
To join Auto12, simply select the Auto12 option and complete the financial section on the application form.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Members will be given 14 days notice, in writing, of any membership changes for the following year and will have the opportunity to opt-out prior to the first payment in the following year (June 28, 2015).
2. If there are insufficient funds in your account, the bank will reject our deduction. Any fees charged will be passed onto you. We will notify you of the rejection via a courtesy call, email, SMS or letter and if your account is not settled, your
membership will expire and the recovery procedure will commence and recovery charges may apply.
3. If you have a change in account details please call Member Services. We ask that you allow 10 working days to effect change.
4. A $13 administration fee applies (withdrawn at the first payment).
5. All credit card details will be kept strictly confidential and are used for instalment payments only.

Premium A reserved seats provide the ultimate viewing experience
at both stadiums as close the centre of the pitch as you can get! This
membership option has limited availability, so you will need to lock in
your seats quickly to avoid missing out.
Premium C reserved seats are the most affordable option to guarantee
you a seat at every game and be part of Melbourne Victory. Join your
fellow supporters in a great seating location, cheer on the boys in blue
and be part of the exciting match day atmosphere.

Active support is an extremely important part of football, our Club and the Melbourne Victory experience. We acknowledge that
Melbourne Victory is very unique and fortunate in that there are two distinct active areas for our passionate supporters; the
North Terrace and the South Terrace. Both play a big part in our game-day experience and can create a world-class atmosphere,
the envy of other football clubs around Australia.
ACTIVE AREA PRICING

All active areas are member-only for 2014/15, as mandated by the Football Federation of Australia. We will work to ensure all members interested
in being part of the active areas will be accommodated for in the seating allocation. We will be sending updates out to active supporters and all
members on developments with the North Terrace. We want to understand how the Club can best support the North Terrace; in coordinating their
members and supporters on match days, simplify accessibility, provide more supporter materials, improve their experience and assist with growth.
Melbourne Victory wants to work with our active supporters to help achieve a thriving North and South Terrace at all of our home games.
THE NORTH TERRACE
THE SOUTH TERRACE
Located in the North End of AAMI Park and at the Bourke St end of
Etihad Stadium, the North Terrace is a collective of members that are
independently coordinated by a leadership on match days.
The North Terrace is a reserved member-only area without allocated
reserved seats; hence its access is based on first-in within the section
you are allocated. By being a member will you get guaranteed
access to the North Terrace at both stadiums and you will have the
exclusive right to access passes for guests to enter the area (subject
to capacity).
Located in the South End of AAMI Park and at the Latrobe St end of
Etihad Stadium, the South Terrace is an active area where groups
of members enjoy standing and being active in an allocated seating
area. The South Terrace is a member-only area with allocated seating
and hence it is important to ensure that your group finalises their
memberships prior to the cut-off dates.

Reserved Seat: If you are a reserved seat
member at AAMI Park, your seat is confirmed.
General Admission: General Admission areas are
subject to conversion to Premium C Reserved.
Members with General Admission will have
priority to reserve a seat in an exclusive allotment
through the nominated ticketing process.
WHAT IS MATCH CATEGORISATION?
The categorisation of matches occurs for
Melbourne Victory fixtures based on expected
attendance demand. For high demand games
where capacity may be compromised, the Club
will declare these games Category A. All other
games will be referred to as Category B. This
ensures that members and supporters have
access to as many seats as possible. When
Category A games at AAMI Park occur, members
