I graduated from Mercer University 4. I worked “as a missionary” at a girls’ home/school in Corpus Christi, TX. 5. I grew up planning/dreaming to have 2 boys, but God gave me 5 girls! 6. Recipe of the month Testimonies No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Layered Dessert Danielle Henderson’s Salvation Testimony One of my few memories as a young child was the belief I was on my way to heaven because of stories told to me by my mom. My mom would always comfort me with the knowledge that she took me aside one day to tell me about Jesus after I asked her what heaven would be like. Through a childlike explanation of salvation, my mom said that I sweetly asked Jesus into my heart. Pride, doubts, and fear are all sins according to the Bible and all of which I experienced feeling when I thought about my security in heaven. I knew that I had a slight memory of that day with my mom, but I never felt that salvation was settled in my heart. Since I could remember getting baptized, I justified I was saved although I could not clearly remember asking Jesus in my heart. As I got older, I continued to think about Jesus and my shaky salvation. One night, when I was twelve years old, I tossed and turned in bed because I was so overwhelmed with doubts about my home in heaven. I thought to myself that I just wanted to get it settled although I still worried about what others would say. I swallowed my pride and asked Jesus to forgive me of my sins and to come live inside my heart. My doubts and fears were resolved, and I finally knew for sure that I was on my way to heaven! (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O vanilla flavor instant pudding, divided 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed, divided 1-½ cups plus 1 tbsp. cold milk, divided 8 KRAFT caramels MIX graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish. WHISK pumpkin, 1 pkg. pudding mix and spice in large bowl until blended. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust. BEAT remaining pudding mix and 1-1/2 cups milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.; spread over pudding layer in dish. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 4 hours. MICROWAVE caramels and remaining milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Drizzle over dessert just before serving. HEALTHY LIVING Save 40 calories per serving by preparing with margarine, 2 pkg. (1.0 oz. each) JELL-O vanilla flavor fat free sugar free instant pudding, COOL WHIP LITE whipped topping and fat-free milk. VARIATION Omit pumpkin pie spice. Prepare recipe using JELL-O pumpkin spice flavor instant pudding. PUMPKIN PIE SPICE SUBSTITUTE No pumpkin pie spice on hand? No problem! Here's an easy way to make your own. For each 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice needed, just combine 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, 1/8 tsp. ground allspice and 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg. A Fun Fact You Didn't Know
