These enterprises develop, produce and market varnishes and coatings to be applied on materials such as wood, plastics, metal, stone and glass. Major customers are the construction, parquet, laminate flooring, furniture, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries as well as carpenters/joiners, manufacturers of wood-based materials, frying pans and baking dishes and the machinery and plant construction sector. The Coatings division operates internationally and serves customers in Europe, Asia and the U.S.A. Industrial Services The Condecta Group constitutes the Industrial Services division. The company offers complete solutions for the construction, industrial, trade and event services sectors as well as for public sector organizations. In Switzerland, the Condecta Group is one of the leading providers of fast-erecting cranes, modular space systems and sanitary units as well as floor protection systems. The company is headquartered in Winterthur (Switzerland) and maintains another eight locations and storage facilities in Switzerland and neighboring countries. Temperature Control The internationally active Single Group, which is headquartered in Hochdorf, Germany, with its subsidiary companies in the U.S.A. and in China, has been developing, producing and distributing energy-efficient temperature control systems, heat transfer systems and recooling units for more than 40 years. These products are mainly bought by companies from the plastics, semi-conductor, automotive and pharmaceutical industries as well as from the medical, electroplating and food engineering sectors – i.e. areas where precise temperature control is essential in the production process. In addition, the products of this division are used by the aviation and mechanical engineering sectors and OEMs. Single and its temperature control systems hold a leading position in the European market. Doors The Doors segment comprises Prüm Türenwerke GmbH in Weinsheim as well as Garant Türen & Zargen GmbH in Ichtershausen, both located in Germany, and, as from 30 July 2013, Invado Sp. z o.o. in Dzielna, Poland. These three manufacturers produce and market interior doors and door frames. The product offer for the contract business is supplemented with fire, smoke, burglary, noise and radiation protection doors as well as heat insulation and wet room doors. The product range includes solid wood, white finish, ornamental, veneered and laminated doors as well as all-glass doors. The products are marketed via specialist retailers. With its broad product range, the Prüm-Garant Group ranks number 2 in the German market for interior doors. Invado is one of the leading manufacturers of doors and door frames in Poland and Eastern Europe and ranks number 3 in the Polish market for interior doors.
