BODYBALANCE - A strong, structured class focusing on
flexibility and posture combining the disciplines of yoga,
pilates and tai chi performed to music. The longer class
includes more yoga and relaxation for even greater benefits
in strength and wellbeing.
Total Abs - A short class dedicated to toning and
strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower
back area for a firmer body and better posture.
BODYCOMBAT - A high energy structured workout
that combines movements from the martial arts,
boxing and kick–boxing in an effective “non–contact”
calorie burning workout that’s also good for
unleashing frustration.
CXWORX - Looking for a short, sharp workout that’ll inspire
you to the next level of fitness, while strengthening and
toning your body? CXWORX™ is for you! Based on cuttingedge scientific research and in a convenient 30-minute
format. It combines the best of personal training with
the energy of a group fitness class.
Body Vive - A structured programme for active adults that
combines heart and muscle fitness with movement and
flexibility. Its is a great class to give you energy if you are

workouts across all our Fitness & Wellbeing Centres!
The GRIT™ Series combines short explosive bursts of
high intensity training with periods of recovery – the
best way to increase fitness levels, build strength, tone
muscle and burn off calories!
If you’re wanting to take your fitness to the next level
ask a member of the team about GRIT™ Cardio, GRIT™
Plyo and GRIT™ Strength.
BODYPUMP - The original structured weighted workout,
with the motivation of music and easily adjustable weights.
This is a challenging and effective workout for all the major
muscle groups.
Yoga - This traditional eastern discipline combines strength
and flexibility through a series of movements linked with a
focus on breathing. Different yoga disciplines vary in their
speed and intensity but all help develop a sense of inner
wellbeing and calm.
Pilates - Pilates is a fantastic technique for strengthening
and balancing all the muscles of the body to help rehabilitate
and prevent injuries as well as improve posture and range
of movement.

These classes concentrate on developing good posture
and muscular control to improve appearance and
function. They are delivered at a lower level intensity
and will also give you time to relax, de-stress and restore
your energy levels.
Legs Bums and Tums - After a short simple aerobic
warm up, a combination of easy to follow exercises focus
on improving muscular endurance and tone in the legs,
abdominals and bottom.
Step - A great calorie burning class involving a variety
of movements of different intensity on and around
the step that’s good for co–ordination as well as the
muscles of the thighs and bums.

fitness & appearance. This will also help improve your
body composition, blood glucose levels and athletic
performance. Good muscular fitness will also reduce
your risk of musculoskeletal problems.
BODYATTACK - A high energy, structured, athletic
aerobic fitness class which includes strength and
stabilisation exercises. It is a great way to get fit or
get fitter.
BODYSTEP - A lively, uplifting, structured step
class combining fitness and fun in an effective
cardiovascular workout that shapes and tones
your body.

RPM - A structured group cycle workout that combines
hills, flats, mountain peaks, and time trials. This
interval training programme rides to the rhythm of
powerful music and increases cardiovascular fitness,
leg strength and muscular endurance.

These are fast and efficient workouts. Designed
for those who are short of time but still enjoy the
atmosphere of training in a group.
Express Kettlebells - A short, dynamic and exciting class
class designed to improve functional fitness, power and
strength using weighted kettlebells.
Express 360 - High energy class using the Synrgy 360 Frame
based around circuit training for improved body conditioning.
Themed
Classes that add variety and interest – such as dance
styles and martial arts.
Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music that
creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.

Bokwa - High Energy dance class using combination of
Combat and African dance movement.
FITSTEP - A lively, uplifting, structured step class
