Dr Steve Boorman CBE joined Capita in March 2013 as chief medical adviser to the team providing PIP benefits assessments for the DWP. Previously, he worked for Abermed and Royal Mail. Dr Nerys Williams is the former principal occupational physician and deputy director (wellbeing) for the Department for Work and Pensions. She is now an independent occupational physician. Speakers: Prof Diana Kloss MBE is a barrister, former employment judge, honorary senior lecturer at the University of Manchester, and a visiting professor at London South Bank University. Nick Hanning is a partner and personal injury and employment lawyer with RWPS LLP and is a past president of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Dr Nadia Sheikh is a consultant in occupational medicine at Health Management Ltd. Dr Phil Wynn is an occupational physician working in local government and the NHS. He has been involved with a Department of Health initiative to help get survivors of the common cancers back to work.
