supervise a family support worker and support a team
of volunteers, to assess and then review families
referred for home-visiting support, and to liaise and
build links with other agencies and local communities
to help ensure our services are safe and effective.
The post holder will have responsibility for analysing
and evaluating the work in order to sustain, inform
and extend our service in Oxford.
Excellent communication and organisational skills,
experience of home visiting, working with volunteers,
parenting experience and an understanding of the
needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged children and
their families are essential, as are IT skills and an
interest in project evaluation.
Use of own car (expenses paid) required.
The post holder will be working within a small team
and will be based in the Oxford office.

Gardener in ensuring that Wadham’s gardens

Salary: £18,031 - £20,781pa (Grade 3),

propagating, watering, pruning, planting, shovelling,

shrubs and trees.
The working hours are 40 hours per week.
Hours are normally completed between Monday and
