The west doors (parking lot) are not open and should not be used for morning drop offs. Please do not use the staff parking lot to do drop offs in the morning. If you are picking up your child after 4:00 and the parking lot has available spots please you are welcome to use it then. As you may be aware our staff has increased steadily over the past several years and the large lot already overflows with staff cars. Please do not use the large parking lot in the morning, during the school day or immediately afterschool. At the end of the day (after 3:30) the front doors are open as well as the portable and parking lot doors. For children who do not attend the daycare please make sure you drop off your child before the entry bell at their line up spot. Please do not bring your child to their classroom or wait by the classroom door with your child prior to school. The more you learn, the more places you'll go." — Dr. Seuss Bedford Park is looking for volunteers to take part in a daily reading program with our primary students. The program will run Monday to Friday from 2:45pm-3:20pm beginning in November. Volunteers will be given a specific day or number of days, depending on personal availability, to work with students each week. Your role in the program will be to read with individual or small groups of children working on simple reading strategies or sparking conversations about story themes. If you are interested in taking part or have questions about the program please email Ms. Blight ([email protected]). Also, please include which day(s) of the week you are available to be a part of the program.
