Interested in Becoming a Parent Volunteer at BHS?
Parent volunteers typically work in their own child's classroom, helping out with special events or teacher
needs. Parent volunteers sometimes work in the office. They help out with school events & attend field trips.
All parent volunteers must complete & submit a BSD volunteer application packet. You can choose from two
formats - a fillable pdf file, or traditional hand written form. See links below. Whichever you choose, please
return the completed packet to the main office at BHS marked to the attention of Sue Kenney. Be sure to
include a copy of a photo ID with birthdate.
Thanks for your time and energy! Parent Volunteer Application Packets:
(1) Parent Application Packet - fillable pdf with instructions (works best with Internet Explorer)

Clean Out Your Closets and Fill the Goodwill Truck! Help Band
Help the Bellevue High School Band raise money by cleaning out your closets. For your convenience,
Goodwill is bringing a truck to BHS to accept donations of slightly used goods. Seattle Goodwill normally
does not pay when you donate your stuff, but they have a special program for schools. The Band will receive
$500 for each 24-foot truck filled with your donations (and you'll get a donation tax receipt). You can bring
almost everything to the donation drive, provided it is not bigger than an end table. Additional exclusions
at http://www.seattlegoodwill.org/donate/donate-items/donation-guidelines.
