Space is a roommaking lounge family designed by Michael Strøm. The
lounge family represents an interpretation of the classic box sofa. But
with its characteristic square shape with a hole under the backrest, the
lounge family has a surprising presence. Space invites you to play with
contrasting fabrics on the inside and the outside. This gives it a high
level of usability - as a sculptural designpiece and as an understated
classic in the lounge
Space er en rumskabende loungeserie designet af Michael Strøm.
Møbelserien er en fortolkning af den klassiske kassesofa. Med sin
karakteristiske kantede form med et hul under ryglænet overrasker
Space formmæssigt. Serien inviterer til at lege med forskellige polstre,
f.eks, forskelligt polster udvendigt og indvendigt. Det gør den anvendelig
i mange forskellige sammenhænge - både som skulpturel fl yder og
underspillet klassiker i loungen.
