CONDITIONS
1. Riders must participate in March Past to be eligible for prizes and points.
2. Age as at first day of each competition
3. Presentation of Awards at end of day and riders to be in Official Uniform, shirts tucked in with riding boots.
4. All events on both days run under PCAQ Rules & all PCAQ Policies must be followed. The making of an entry in
any event run by PCAQ, or club or organisation affiliated with PCAQ constitutes acceptance of these
rules

5. Pony Club gear is mandatory, riders found with incorrect gear run the risk of losing aggregate points for
themselves and their club or being disqualified.
6. Competitors must be financial members of an affiliated Pony club and wear full Pony club uniform.
7. Any disputes must be in writing and presented to the committee within 30 mins of the event together with a $20
fee. Steward’s decision thereon is final.
8. Dogs to be on a leash and stay at camps.
9. Absolutely NO vehicles or horses on the football or cricket fields
10. All day yards must be maximum of 4mtrs square per horse because of limited space
