1. Lav en længedegående incision radielt om FCR. Åbn for sene‐skederne, og læg FCR radielt. Identificer FPL og flyt denne ulnart.
Derefter identificeres og fritlægges pronator quadratus for at eksponere frakturen
4. Sæt de distale skruer (2,3mm) vha. boreguide 2,0mm (MS‐DG23 ‐ farvekode BLÅ) med tilhørende bor 2,0mm (80‐0318). Aflæs skruernes længde vha. borets lasermarkering. Alternativt anvendes dybdemåler (MS‐DRPB).
7. Isæt de proximale skruer vha. bore‐guide 2,8mm, farvekode GRØN (80‐0384), som skrues i skinnen. Bor med 2,8mm bor, GRØN (80‐0387). Aflæs skruernes længde som i pkt. 4. Alternativt anvendes dybdemåler (80‐
0623). Isæt låseskruer 3,5mm, LYSEBLÅ, (COL‐3XXX). Her anvendes 2,3mm skruetrækkerblad (HPC‐0025) og tilhørende håndtag (80‐0663).
2.Når den korrekte skinne er valgt vælges 3. Placer den første cortikalskrue i det 5. Der kan isættes enten corticalskruer 6. Placering af de styloide skruer opnås ved at den tilhørende guideblok, som påsættes ved hjælp af guide‐skruen (80‐0682). Guideblokken monteres på skinnen i det proximale ulnare skruehul i inden skinnen sættes fast på knoglen. Placeringkan sikres proximalt og distalt vha. K‐tråde.
(2,3mm Non‐Toggling Cortical Screw, sølv, art.nr. CO‐N23XX eller låse‐skruer (2,3mm Locking Cortical Screws, GULD, art.nr. CO‐
T23XX). Anvend 1,5mm skruetrækkerblad (80‐0728) og tilhørende håndtag (MS‐
2210).
proximale ovale hul. Skinnens placering kan hermed reguleres under gennemlysning. Bor bicortikalt med 2,8mm bor (80‐0387) og bore‐guide (80‐0384 ‐ farvekode GRØN). Aflæs skrue‐længden vha. laser‐markering. Alternativt aflæses vha. dybdemåler (80‐
0623). Isæt 3,5mm cortikalskrue.
boreguide (MS‐DG23) placeres i guideblokkens dobbelthul i den radielle side. Der bores med 2,0mm bor (80‐0318, BLÅ). Aflæs skrue‐længde som i pkt. 4. Guideblokken fjernes for bedre at kunne isætte skruerne med skruetrækkeren (blad, BLÅ ‐ 80‐028). Anvend her håndtag (MS‐
2210).
8. Resultatet kontrolleres ved gennemlysning. NB: Oversigt over skinner og skruer på baggsiden!
