QCPP Refresher Training: Embarrassing Bodies - Pharmacy Only
Pharmacy assistants are at the frontline of community pharmacy dealing with common conditions every day. After the international success of the television series
Embarrassing Bodies, this interactive session seeks to explore a myriad of ‘embarrassing’ conditions via case based scenarios to improve the pharmacy assistant’s
confidence with dealing with potentially uncomfortable situations. This will allow the pharmacy assistant to provide the best customer service possible.
Cost: $40 for conference delegates; $85 for non-conference delegates

Anthony “Harries” Carroll grew up surfing at Clovelly Beach. A lifeguard for over 18 years, he is now one of the Bondi Rescue lifeguard team. During his talk Harries will
discuss some of life’s concerns, and how salt water (sweat, tears, the sea and Hydralyte) is the answer to many of these worries. This Q&A style talk will motivate you to
sweat more, hydrate often, and reach for the stars in your personal and professional lives. Don’t forget to stick around after the talk for a photo with Harries!
