THIRD MERIT LIST
The following candidates have been provisionally selected for admission to M.Phil Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) session 2014; subject to the following conditions.
1 Any Canidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the admission form or by willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the department or employment, expulsion, conviction etc.) shall be removed from
the roll of the university.
2 At the time of admission they will submit 4 P.P size photographs, original NOC/Affidavit ,original documents (Matric, F.Sc. and Pharm.D Certificate / result card, Domicile, NOC from candidates other than Punjab University) & 1 sets result card photocopies . No Bank
challan will be issued failing to this condition.
3 They will pay their dues through Accountant of the Admission Office upto 14-10-2014 & submit the original paid Bank Challan in the Admission Office after this their admission will be confirmed / completed.
4 The admission shall stand automatically cancelled of those candidates who fail to pay their dues in time.
5 The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission etc. at any stage of admission.
