So why did we do it? Because we wanted to, liked the idea, and are confident that the passion we share for rich honest
wines is showcased in this expression of the same style in a hand crafted ale. Pepperjack Ale has been crafted with
quality Barossa Shiraz grapes from the same vineyards used to make the Pepperjack Shiraz. Utilising this resource,
we are able to offer a fantastic ale that exhibits classic fruity aromas synonymous with Barossa wines, malt driven
flavour that lasts to the back and a distinctive golden colour in the glass.

extraordinary circumstances” – “The Card room at Bath” or “Mr. Bob Sawyer’s mode of travelling,” Charles
Dickens penned the diary of the day through his fictional but immortal Mr. Pickwick. This respected
venerable notary and lover of human cosiness presented HIS Club, HIS particular Rare Tawny because it is
a distinguished wine, rounded and mellowed by a long period of peaceful maturation in small oak casks.
It is this which enhances the bouquet, develops the rich tawny colour and deepens the palate.
