Topmonteret system med alu profiler, ideel til opførelse af glas gelænder på gulv eller på et brystværn ved hjælp af en
special base (alu skinne). Systemet er kompatibelt med glas 16 - 20 mm tykkelse . Basen er dækket af inddæknings lister (
ekstruderet profil) som tillader udskiftning af glasset uden at beskadige systemet eller gulvet. Alle deler fås i RAL,
specialfarver, imiteret træ og børstet elokseret (rustfri look) .
On floor glass supporting system with aluminium profiles, ideal for the construction of glass railing on a floor or on a parapet by
using a special base (profile). The system is compatible with glass of 16 - 20mm thickness . The base is covered by oval
aluminium covers (profile) which allow the replacement of the glazing without damaging the system or the floor. These covers
are available in RAL, special colours (bush hammered etc), wood imitation and anodized-brushed (type inox).

Justerbart topmonteret glasklemme system
Justerbart glasklemme system af alu-profiler , ideel til opførelse af glas gelænder på gulv
eller på forkant. Klemme er placeret på en særlig fundament skinne til en bedre
indfæstning og justering og derefter er ind-dækningsliste og endekap fastgjort. Dette
system er kompatibelt med glas på 16 - 20 mm tykkelse.
Adjustable on floor glass supporting system
Adjustable on floor glass supporting system with aluminum profiles, ideal for the
construction of glass railing on a floor or on a parapet. Bases are placed on a special guide
for a better support and system adjustment and then, caps and oval covers are fixed. This
system is compatible with glass of 16 or 20mm thickness and of 1000mm height.
Assembly steps
For a 1000mm glass, we use 3 bases of
150mm which are placed on a special
aluminum guide. Then, glazing, side and end
covers are placed, giving the final shape to
the system.
1. Screw the guide on the ground, slide
and screw the bases on the rail.
2.Place and adjust the glass.
3.Place caps and side covers.
Montage
For en 1000mm høj glas, bruges 3 baser af
150mm, der er placeret på alu skinnen.
Derefter er ruder, side-og ende dækker
placeret, hvilket giver den endelige form til
systemet.
Skru bundskinne på gulv, glide og skru
klemmer på skinnen.
Anbringe og justere glasset.
Placer ind-dækningsliste og endkap.

It is an on-floor glass supporting system with aluminum profiles, ideal for the fabrication of a glass railing on a floor or on a parapet.
The bases are compatible with 16 or 20mm thickness and 1000mm height glass and they are covered on the top by aluminum
straight covers (profile). These covers can be removed in order to replace the glass without damaging the system or the floor.
Assembly steps

the special plastic glass support.
3.Place and fix the glazing.

Assembly steps
Montering
Firstly, the special guide is placed in the ground where the special in-floor
glass supporting system will be fixed. The cement is cast on the
perimeter of the special guide while the final height is adjusted, according
to the final floor’s height, by using an additional profile. Once the final
floor is settled, the covers and the water proof gaskets are fixed.
For det første er den særlige aluprofil lukket og placeret i, hvor den in-gulv
glas fundament vil blive fastsat. Beton støbes omkring profilen i det
endelige niveau.
1.Place and adjustthe deepness of the in floor base guide according
to the material of the final ground.
2.Cast the cement on the perimeter of the guide.
3. Place the in-floor base and fix the glazing and the special water proof
gaskets and the aluminum covers.

Som en valgfri løsning til ekstern glas gelænder systemet er der glasadaptor i
rustfrit stål . Dette system er sammensat af en glasadaptor af Ø40 mm, mens der
er mulighed for at bruge en railtop med en særlig tilbehør. Det er en ideel løsning til
på trapper og altaner.
INOX External glass supporting system INOX
As an optional solution for external glass support, there is the mini stainless
steel system. This system is composed by an external supporting base of 40mm
diameter while there is the possibility of using a railtop with a special
accessory. It is an ideal solution for external applications on stairs and
balconies.

Håndliste system
Den absolut flotteste finish til enhver balustrade. Elegance og enkelthed samles i Crystal
Line gelænder systemet. Crystal Line systemet er kompatibelt med en 16 - 20mm glas,
kantpolert. Gelænder systemet kan forbedres ved anvendelse af 3 håndliste modeller.

Handrail - system
Crystal Line system is compatible with a 16 or 20mm glass (triplex, securit) polished on the
edge. Aluminco has improved the system by using 3 railtop models.

Thanks to the use of rail top, crystalline railing system offers security and modern aesthetic
shape. Rail tops are optional and are available at the same colour (electrostatic coating) as the
covers of the profile. Rail tops are available in RAL, wood imitation, special coloration,
anodized brushed (type inox).
