Udfordringerne
•
Valideret tilstand skal vedvarende holdes:
•
Sundhedsmyndighederne kræver, at den validerede tilstand af
regulerede processer/systemer opretholdes til enhver tid. Alle
medarbejdere, der er involveret i ændringskontrolprocessen, har et
fælles ansvar for dette, men det er ejeren af systemet/processen
(støttet af QA), som er ansvarlig for at opretholde compliance med
de interne/eksterne krav.
•
Det er også vigtigt at se på implementeringen af ændringer (CR
sager) ud fra både lokale og tvær-organisatoriske aspekter. Dette
skal understøtte effektiv ændringskontrol og ensartet kvalitet hos
NN.
