Submissions accepted until Friday October 10th, midnight
Submissions:

videos submitted do not have to be the same performance that you will perform
at the telethon but it is preferred.

performances are not limited to singing: many forms of entertainment accepted.

Christmas songs/themes are encouraged but not required.

please include only one song/performance video with your submission.

submissions must include the following:

good quality video of your performance (send CD or video link)

one 5x7 photograph to be placed on www.lionsctvtelethon.ca
Note: submissions become the property of the telethon and will not be returned.
If selected to perform:

you, or your guardian, must sign a release form.

please start preparing your final songs/performance:

allowed 6 minutes of air time which may allow for more than one song.

any recorded sounds/music must be provided on CD only.

You must attend the rehearsal on the evening of Friday, Dec 5.

you will be notified of your time slot well in advance of the telethon date.

you must arrive two hours prior to your time slot.
If you do not arrive on time, you may lose your time slot and opportunity to
perform.

minors must be accompanied by a guardian/parent at both the rehearsal and
telethon.

you will be notified through your contact information with further information
regarding the telethon.
Selections are at the discretion of the Entertainment Committee and are final.
