In countries such as USA, Africa, Russia etc., where also German premium manufacturers are producing high-quality cars, the quality standard is not available and therefore causes massive problems. The new developed machine of the company Böhm is capsuled and as a result nearly dust-free. A closed circle is possible as there are no impurities from the outside into the flock which also reduces rejects as well as the ecological damage. The machine only requires a space of only approx. 10m² which is about 20% compared to a comparable machine what influences the cost factor and of course is now making such a machine mobile and flexible at use. Additionally a process reliability is guaranteed because all movements are controlled and monitored. For the first time the programming is done by a very simple joy stick control.
