COUNTER + SELF COLLECTION
Developed as a customer relationship management for counter and self collection operations to
improve their productivity. Operator contacts their guests when their order is ready for collection,
while maintaining a pleasant and orderly environment. There are three options to alert your
guests - flash, beep or vibrate.
Wi-Serve WaterProof consist of a new design pager that is waterproof, compact and slim.

Wi-Serve WaterProof Queue Management System consists of one transmitter and many hand held waterproof coaster pagers. To page any
coaster pager, simply enter the pager number on the transmitter and press send and your guest will immediately receive alert on his
waterproof coaster pager.
