Ltd ’’ Payment should be made by customer within 7 days of receiving payment details Invalid Post payment confirmation (finance team’s approval) Customer will be emailed the warranty Certificate (within 14 days) and couriered the Goodies (within 7 days) of payment receipt. SMS/ Email Stating Courier status to be sent to customer Payment Process Flow - Online Customers with Validated registration will be prompted to make an online payment . Customers Should make the payment online through Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking Payment should be made by customer within 7 days of receiving payment details via email which will also comprise of the payment link. Invalid Post payment confirmation Customer will be emailed the warranty Certificate (within 14 days) and couriered the Goodies (within 7 days) of payment receipt. SMS/ Email Stating Payment received to be sent to customer TAT for Validation Process The customer receives his warranty Extension Certificate Within 30 days of his registration ( Valid Registrations ) Kestone to Validate the registration and update the customers about the status of the registration ( Valid / Invalid / WIP ) within 2 working days of registration. The warranty extension certificate is emailed to the customer within 14 working days of receiving the payment and the goodies are couriered to him within 7 working days of successful payment receipt. After receiving the communication stating payment details, ( for valid registrations) the customer has to send the DD/ make the Online payment within the next 7 days. If the DD is not received within 7 days the case is moved to WIP . The customer is given a maximum period of another 7 days to send the DD failing which he registration is cancelled. Once the above case is moved from WIP to valid, the customer receives his warranty extension within 2 weeks from the date the payment is received. Lenovo – Valid Invoice 3 1 1.
