PLAYER REGISTRATION
All players are required to pay their tournament entry fees at tournament desk. All players must register by
Monday, December 8 by 5:00 pm.
$70 USD per team

PRACTICE COURTS
Practice Courts:
Practice Courts available all day starting Sunday, Dec 7rd – Sunday, Dec 11th.
Sunday Dec 7: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Monday Dec 8:
10:00am – 5:00pm.
One Practice Court available the duration of the Tournament.

Medical: Physiotherapy will be available on-site. The schedule will be available at the Medical Tent. A Doctor
will be on call for the duration of the Tournament.
TRANSPORTATION
Shuttle buses will run from the Intercontinental Hua Hin Hotel and Resort and the Ibis to Hua Hin Beach Club.
For shuttle bus timings, please refer to the Player Transport Desk located at Players Tent.
All Players are responsible to arrange their own airport transfer from Suvannabhomi Airport to Hua Hin. Please

FINALS & TROPHY PRESENTATION
Finals will begin Thursday December 11th at 7:00pm. A complimentary bar and food will be available. Please
note the complimentary bar will finish at 10:00pm. All players are encouraged to attend. Dress code is
CASUAL.
