Redeployable Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Permanent Hostile Vehicle Mitigation Tata Steel Projects have developed a complete range of Surface Mounted Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) systems. The range includes barriers, bollards, gates and other accessories that require no fixings into the surfacing. The capabilities of Tata Steel Project’s permanent Hostile Vehicle Mitigation products are such that they offer a high degree of protection from not only deliberate vehicle attacks but also subsequent blasts from either Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (VBIED) or Person Borne Improvised Explosive Devices (PBIED). The advantages of our systems is the rapid installation and removal time, with no need for surface preparation, and also the inherent Blast and Ballistic Protection make these products an invaluable tool for protecting major events such as Political Conferences, Major Sporting Events and other events where large numbers of people gather. As with all our products; the permanent HVM range is designed for ease and speed of installation. The products can be tailored to suit particular locations and can be overtly visible to deter attack or, alternatively, designed to blend into the streetscape should that be the clients requirement.
