that combines movements from the martial arts,
boxing and kick–boxing in an effective “non–
contact” calorie burning workout that’s also
good for unleashing frustration.

Aerobic Fitness
and Calorie Burning
Extend, Relax and
Re-Energise
These classes work on your muscles to improve
fitness & appearance. This will also help improve
your body composition, blood glucose levels and
athletic performance. Good muscular fitness will
also reduce your risk of musculoskeletal problems.
These classes concentrate on developing good
posture and muscular control to improve appearance
and function. They are delivered at a lower level
intensity and will also give you time to relax,
de-stress and restore your energy levels.
BODYPUMP - The original structured weighted workout,
with the motivation of music and easily adjustable
weights. This is a challenging and effective workout
for all the major muscle groups.
BODYBALANCE - A strong, structured class focusing
on flexibility and posture combining the disciplines of
yoga, pilates and tai chi performed to music. The longer
class includes more yoga and relaxation for even greater
benefits in strength and wellbeing.
Legs Bums and Tums - After a short simple aerobic
warm up, a combination of easy to follow exercises focus
on improving muscular endurance and tone in the legs,
abdominals and bottom.
CXWORX - Looking for a short, sharp workout
that’ll inspire you to the next level of fitness, while
strengthening and toning your body? CXWORX™ is for
you! Based on cutting-edge scientific research and in a
convenient 30-minute format. It combines the best of
personal training with the energy of a group fitness class.
GRIT - Les Mills GRIT Series small group training sessions
are the most intense 30 minutes your body will ever
experience. Using strength, power, plyometric and
endurance based movements to get big results, superfast.
Yoga - This traditional eastern discipline combines
strength and flexibility through a series of movements
linked with a focus on breathing. Different yoga
disciplines vary in their speed and intensity but all
help develop a sense of inner wellbeing and calm.
Pilates - Pilates is a fantastic technique for
strengthening and balancing all the muscles of the
body to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries as well
as improve posture and range of movement.
Express
classes
These are fast and efficient workouts. Designed
for those who are short of time but still enjoy the
atmosphere of training in a group.
Express Kettlebells - A short, dynamic and exciting
class class designed to improve functional fitness,
power and strength using weighted kettlebells. Themed
Classes that add variety and interest – such as
dance styles and martial arts.
Zumba - A fusion of Latin and International music
that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective
fitness system. Come join the party!
Express Abs - A short class dedicated to toning and
strengthening the muscles in the abdominal and lower
back area for a firmer body and better posture.
SH’BAM - Featuring simple but seriously hot
dance moves, SH’BAM™ is the perfect way to
shape up and let out your inner star - even if
you’re dance challenged.
Express SYNRGY - Various upper body and lower body
exercises to get the heart rate up, using a combination
of weighted balls, battle rope, TRX and boxing. A great
workout in just 30-mins.
Wellbeing Workout - A fun, social and easy to
follow group exercise class led by a Wellbeing Advisor
and designed to help you manage your health and
energy levels.
