Under the title “Shaping the Future of the Eurosystem”, this year’s conference offers a unique opportunity to discuss important aspects of the Eurosystem’s future with leaders, senior executives, and representatives from central banking, academia, the financial industry, and several other relevant European and national institutions. The conference has been organised together with young executive trainees of the Deutsche Bundesbank and is especially aimed at young and aspiring professionals working at a European central bank or supervisory authority, as well as at master’s and PhD students with a keen interest in central banking topics. Keynote speeches will be held by Yves Mersch, Executive Board member of the European Central Bank, and Chrystalla Georghadji, Governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus. Other Executive Yours faithfully Dr Jens Weidmann President of the Deutsche Bundesbank Board members of the Deutsche Bundesbank as well as high-ranking practitioners and academics will join me to discuss topical issues in central banking such as financial stability, microprudential supervision and macroprudential oversight. The forum will also provide extensive networking and socialising opportunities in several workshops and at various informal events.
