the extraordinary quality of our projects. Originally from Denmark, we now work internationally and have been active in Germany since 2002. We are
empathetic, goal-oriented, committed and dynamic, and we want to develop and expand our greenfield projects for onshore wind with a focus on
northern Germany from our offices in Hamburg.
What tasks can you expect from us?
•
You will work with senior management to identify and define a successful greenfield strategy that uses innovative, goal-oriented approaches,
especially when it comes to securing land, project planning and wind farm marketing (collaboration models, ownership models, etc.).
•
You will be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating greenfield development in northern Germany, from the identification stage to
obtaining building and operating permits (in line with German environmental protection laws).
•
You will assess the feasibility of existing potential wind farm projects in various stages of development and offer suggestions for prioritizing them
to senior management.
•
With support from internal and external teams, you will make all of the necessary arrangements for your projects to gain technical, financial, social
and official acceptance.
•
You will work in close consultation with colleagues in Hamburg, Denmark and Europe, sharing best practices in the process.
•
As a pilot, you will contribute crucially to the growth of the greenfield team.
What do we expect from you?
•
You have many years of relevant, successful experience in greenfield project development of onshore wind farms in a role such as project
planner, project developer, planner, etc.
•
You are a well-organized, goal-oriented, committed team player.
•
You have good communication skills, self-confidence, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
•
You think strategically and are highly results-oriented.
•
Ideally, you have completed a university degree in technology or business.
•
You are willing to work at our offices in Hamburg and travel one or two days a week, primarily in northern and north-eastern Germany.
