FALL FITNESS TIPS
The cool, crisp fall weather is ideal for outdoor activities like a trail walk
or a game of Frisbee in the park. If you’re not a fan of the outdoors, you
can adopt a fun new indoor activity like salsa dancing, racquetball or
rock wall climbing.
Fall is the perfect time to establish a program to help you through
the temptation of the high-calorie holiday season. Some simple tips
to avoid overindulging are:
 Eat a high-protein snack before arriving at a holiday event. You can
make good decisions about food when you’re not hungry.
 Don’t drink your calories. Stay hydrated and drink holiday cocktails
in moderation.
 Be a healthy holiday host. Provide low-calorie cocktails and foods
that are nutritious and tasty!
