We will be discussing the book Four by Veronica Roth. This is the newest release in the Divergent series. Everyone is welcome. Do you love the ocean and want to learn more about it? Join Newport’s first ever Ocean Science Team. Students earn community service hours. Friday, Nov 7th ~ 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm and Saturday, Nov 8th ~ 9:00 pm – 5:00 pm. PTSA’s biggest fundraiser! Over the Years, Ski Swap has provided over $700,000 to NHS. We need approximately 120 Volunteers ~11 different jobs ~ 619 shifts ~ 4 day period. We need both student and parent volunteers in all areas. Fill out the Volunteer form at: http://NewportSkiSwap.com Lunch/Breakfast: Hey Newport, did you know that we have breakfast and lunch on Wednesdays? We do this year! Are you finding you just don’t have time to eat breakfast or make a lunch in the morning? Worry no more - you can get a nutritional breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday in the Newport cafeteria. Breakfast is only $2.75 and lunch is mere $3.50. Free and reduced rates are available for those who qualify. Work site learning: If you have a part-time job, sign up in the counseling center for high school credit under work site learning program.
