Shipping/Freight rates: Prices do not include freight charges since rates for delivery
to different parts of Australia vary and are invoiced as a separate item. Packages are
shipped by Courier. Small items may be shipped by Post. Due to variable fuel

Every endeavour is made to dispatch orders the same day they are received.
Please allow at least 5-10 working days for deliveries to remote areas.

Payment
Discount price: Only applies when purchasing direct from BIOZONE. A minimum of
5 books of the same title must be purchased to qualify for this discount.

Presentation Media: Receive a 50% discount on Environmental Science when
purchased with Ecology or the Super Bundle. This offer also applies to customers

Teacher’s Digital Editions
A minimum of 10 copies (i.e. “booklisting”) of the corresponding workbook must be
purchased to be eligible for the discount price. These products are supplied with a 1 year, 5
staff user licence, and are only available direct from BIOZONE. See the full Conditions of

Payment
Payments sent with orders are welcome, but freight charges will be invoiced. Please DO
NOT SEND CASH. We require a single cheque or direct credit payment for orders (please
do not send multiple cheques from students). Please pay within 30 days from date of
invoice. A 5% finance charge is liable for each month a payment is overdue All private sales
MUST be prepaid.

Returned Goods
Goods are returned at your expense. Returned goods must arrive in original condition
otherwise you will be charged for them. Unused workbooks (in original condition) may be
returned for a full credit no later than 30 days following delivery. You must first contact
Biozone Learning Media Australia for a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
to return goods. Returned goods will not be accepted nor any credit given without an RMA
number accompanying the returned goods.
