GORDON COUNTY HUNGER WALK 2014: Calhoun-Gordon County Ministerial Association is sponsoring a hunger walk to raise money for the area food banks in Gordon County. On Sunday, November 2, congregations throughout our county will walk together to raise awareness and to help alleviate hunger for families in need. It will be held at the Calhoun Recreation Center on River Street at 3 p.m. Registration starts at 2:30. Parking will be in the newer parking lot off McDaniel Station Road. This is a family event.
