11yrs & Under, 11.30am warm up - 12 noon start (Time will be confirmed after Nominations have been

NOMINATION FEE: $5.00 per event using TM file $6.00 for paper nominations.
Late entries will be accepted with a fee of $50.00 if a spare lane is available

AGE:
Age as at 19 October 2014.
ELIGIBILTY:
Entry is open to any Swimming Queensland (SQ) registered competitive swimmer.
EVENTS:
As per attached program of Events. All Events will be run as timed finals.
The Meet Referee reserves the right to combine heats on the day
AWARDS:
Placing’s for 1 session 100m events and the 200m IM will be determined from the THREE fastest times
of each event in 12 years, 13 years, 14 years, 15 years and over. All other 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m

events will be the 3 fastest swimmers overall. Placing for 2 session All events will be determined from
the THREE fastest in the 8 years, 9 years, 10 years and 11 year olds.

All events are swum as timed finals. Medals must be collected on the day of the carnival as they will not
be available after the carnival nor will they be posted out.

Friday 5 October. Any late entries received after this date will incur $50.00 per event fee as mentioned
above.

Entry payment along with printout of entry report must be received by Thursday 9 0ctober 2014 to be
included in the program
ENTRIES:
All entries must be submitted by the Club's Race Secretary using Team Manager or Queensland
Swimming Manual Entry forms. Club Race Secretary’s contact information must be included with

RULES:
This meet will be conducted under SQ Rules.
RESULTS:
Results will be available down at shallow end of the pool during the day.
REFRESHMENTS:
Food and drinks will be available for purchase on the day and a BBQ will be operating.
PAYMENT METHOD: Cheques are to be made out to Lawnton Swim Club Inc and posted to address listed above.
