Five architect's offices will ensure that the buildings in the different developments will have their very own character. The surroundings will be designed in an open layout so that they invite people to wander through. This creates a flowing link between the park and the green spaces in the development. 8. What effects will the construction project have on the Mauerpark? In accordance with the urban development contract, the park, which has recently become overcrowded, will gain urgently needed space in the west and legal security for the flea market, Mauersegler bar, etc. In addition, the green space alongside Ramlerstraße, which is currently closed off, will be opened up towards the park. The quieter character of the northern part of the park will be maintained. 9. What effects will the project have on the German Green Belt and the cold-air corridors of the Mauerpark? The Green Belt runs to the east of the development from Bernauer Straße to the S-Bahn and will remain completely intact. 10.
