Mindfulness for Modern Life
Sometimes we feel that our life is racing by so fast that we’re
missing it! The solution is to live mindfully by learning to live
each day fully, and focusing our mind on what is truly
important. Mindfulness is the art of bringing love, compassion,
and wisdom into the present moment. By practicing
mindfulness, even a simple conversation will become a source of
inner peace and transformation. This course will help to deepen
our practice of meditation and integrate it into our daily life.

How do things exist? Are things as solid, real and separate from
each other, as they appear? We will explore these questions in
order to gain an understanding of the relationship between our
mind and our world, and to cultivate a wisdom that can free our
mind. The wisdom realizing dependent relationship is the best
