The ideal candidates must:- Possess knowledge of Intermediate/Advance life support, Health Related Act, Relevant Public Service Legislation. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:- Ensure financial control and proper HR management including Occupational Health and Safety. Monitor the Implementation of operational plan and service delivery improvement plan, including plan patient transport. Liaise with DHS and Hospital Service at Sub-District level and ensure that EMS is an effective role player. Respond to mass casualty and disaster scenes and province advance and leadership in such situation. Manage complaints from internal and external sources. Compile reports, conduct investigations when required to do so. Ensure compliance with service protocols and procedures. Respond for Performance Management and Development System. Improve and maintain good relationship between EMS and other institution within the District and Province.
