Jeremy received his Bachelor’s from The University of
Michigan, his Masters from Oakland University, and his
Doctorate of Organizational Behavior from the University of
Phoenix.
Jeremy works as the Regional Manager for Community
Banks of Colorado. Jeremy takes great pride in his ability to
lead a team to transform from an under-performing region
into one of the most thriving and engaging regions in the
state. He previously worked in various capacities in several
national non-profit organizations.
In his spare time he enjoys running, biking, spending time
with his wife and pets.
Jennifer Biggs Arnold, Associate Chief Nursing Office, Craig Hospital, Age 33
Jennifer Biggs Arnold BA RN MSN CNRN is the Associate
Chief Nursing Officer of the Craig Hospital Nursing
Department. Jennifer received her BSN and MSN at Regis
University in 2005 and 2011 respectively. She has been a
part of the Craig Hospital family since 2003 when she started
as a rehab tech.
Since joining nursing leadership in 2007, Jennifer has been
involved in numerous projects including the development of
the nursing computer documentation system, chairing the
TBI Leadership Committee, and working with a strong
interdisciplinary team to make the 2012 Brain Injury Summit
a success. Jennifer is a member of AANN and is certified in
neuroscience. She has had the opportunity to attend
multiple educational conferences and has been invited as a
guest speaker to speak on the subjects of interdisciplinary
collaboration in the brain injury rehabilitation environment.
She currently serves on the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado Board of Directors.
Aside from her medical passions, Jennifer loves to travel and enjoys the exciting culinary
developments and healthy lifestyle of Downtown Denver. Her favorite pastime is cooking for
her wonderful husband Corey Arnold.
Corie Caldwell, Account Manager, LifePics; Age 33
Corie works as an Account Manager at LifePics. LifePics
provides a white lable software to various retail
establishments, photographers and designers which enables
them to offer their clients a web based solution, kiosk
platform and mobile application which allows customers to
create and print anything with a photo image.
In Corie's spare time, she enjoys volunteering for the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation, babysitting for friends, drinking wine,
eating great food, and spending time with her partner Jen.
Derik Cissell, Area Rental Manager, Enterprise Rent-A-Car; Age 30
Derik attended the University of Northern Colorado where is
received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in sales and
marketing.
Derik works as an Area Rental Manager for Enterprise RentA-Car. He has over-site for 13 locations in North Denver,
Wheat Ridge, Thornton, Westminster and Brighton. Derik
has been employed with Enterprise for 7 years and was most
recently a Branch Manager for the Enterprise location at
Denver International Airport; one of the largest airport
operations in the country. Enterprise promotions are purely
performance based and largely driven by exemplary
customer service scores. Derik is a strong leader with an
impressive professional portfolio. Enterprise has developed a
strong culture for community involvement and Derik’s
leadership has been a vital part of that mission.
Derik has been involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for approximately two years after
learning his daughter Zoie was diagnosed with the disease. In his spare time, Derik enjoys
spending quality time with his wife Lindsey and young daughters Zoie and Ivie.
Randy Dann, Attorney/Partner, Davis, Graham & Stubbs, LLP; Age 38
Randy received a B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Georgetown University
Law Center.
Randy is involved with the Colorado Oil and Gas Association, Colorado Environmental
Management Society, ABA, and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and travelling.
Robert Dence, Mechanical Engineer Sr, Magnetometer Instrument CPE, Lockheed Martin; Age 30
Robert received his BS from the University of Dayton and
his MS Mechanical Engineering from the University of
Colorado and MS Mechatronics from the University of
Denver.
Roberts works as the Certified Principle Engineer (CPE) &
Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for the
Magnetometer Instrument Subsystem in addition to the
SEGA & Trailer Bearing mechanisms as part of the GOES-R
weather satellite for NASA.
In his spare time he enjoys college football, golfing,
traveling and spending time with his wife and daughters.
Miranda DeZwarte, Talent Engagement Manager, OtterBox; Age 33
Miranda received her Bachelors of Science from the
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Communication with a
minor in Journalism and Mass Communication and an
emphasis in Public Relations.
Miranda currently leads the talent acquisition function at
OtterBox in Fort Collins and has previously worked in an
HR/recruiting capacity for several government contractors as
well as a consulting firm.
In her spare time she enjoys running, exploring nature with
her son and husband and watching her husband perform in
the Wendy Woo Band.
Amy Evans Group Sales and Events Director, Breckenridge-Wynkoop, LLC; Age 38
Although Amy graduated with a degree in Marine Science
from Coastal Carolina University, she has more than
fourteen years of restaurant experience in the landlocked
Denver market.
In her current role at the Breckenridge Wynkoop restaurant
group, Amy is responsible for the overall operation of the
event department including all group sales and banquet
business. While working with Breckenridge Wynkoop, Amy
has developed the philanthropic branch of the company
and established lasting partnerships with local non-profit
organizations. Amy has a strong business and restaurant
background including Morton’s The Steakhouse and
Sullivan’s Steakhouse as well as serving as the Director of
Operations for the Colorado Neurological Institute.
Amy was highlighted in the 2009 Denver Business Journal
Forty under 40 for her commitment to professional excellence and contributions to her
community. Amy is currently on the board of directors of Visit Fort Collins and actively involved
with the LoDo District, Inc., the Downtown Denver Partnership and local business chamber
associations in Fort Collins, Denver and Colorado Springs.
While community involvement tops the list of Amy’s favorite activities, she also enjoys
spending time in the garden and on the yoga mat.
Patrick Finney, Owner, Finn Real Estate; Age 43
Patrick received a B.S. in Business Marketing & Psychology
Minor & Emphasis in Health Studies from Iowa State
University, his Real Estate Licensing - CREI from the
Colorado Real Estate Institute and a GRI from the Graduate
of Realtor Institute, the 'Graduate Degree” of the Real
Estate Industry.
Patrick is involved with numerous charities including the
MS Society, Joshua Station, Brent’s Place, Habitat for
Humanity, Whiz Kids, Children’s Miracle Network and the
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is also a member of
the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce.
Patrick has been recognized by the Denver Metro Area Realtors with the Rookie of the Year
Award, was ranked #2 in Small Office Category by the DMAR Board and was given 5280
Magazine’s Five Star Agent Award. He has published articles in numerous respected industry
magazines.
In his spare time, Patrick spends time training and participating in various triathlons and
practicing yoga.
Victoria Gage, Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator, The Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes; Age 35
Victoria received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from the
University of Northern Colorado.
Victoria works as a clinical research nurse coordinator at the
Barbara Davis Center for Childhood Diabetes. She currently
helps coordinate the “PERL” study (Preventing Early Renal
Loss in Type 1 Diabetes). She is a certified diabetes educator
and a certified insulin pump trainer.
In her spare time she enjoys riding her bike, paddle boarding
(or any water sports), and playing with her amazing 6 year
old daughter Katelyn.
Rachael Greenberg, Account Executive, Karsh Hagan; Age 27
Rachael graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder,
receiving her Bachelor Degrees in Sociology and
Communications. After completing her undergraduate
degree, Rachael enrolled in Denver University and received
her Master's Degree in International Intercultural
Communications. Rachael started working at Karsh Hagan in
2011. She currently manages the Tourism Bureau of Denver
"VISIT DENVER" account and supervises the corporate intern
program.
Rachael volunteers with The Learning Source where she has
been an ESL Teacher for the past 4 years. She also is an
assistant lacrosse coach for City Lax. In 2011, Rachael and
her two brothers created a financial-needs based, academic
scholarship for the University of Colorado, Boulder. She currently sits on the Arts & Science
Advisory Council for the University of Colorado and the Student Development Committee for
Denver University.
When Rachael is not busy working, she enjoys yoga, bike riding, any craft hobby, delicious food
and enjoying the Colorado sunshine.
Casey Guber, Assistant Administrator and Chief Staffing Officer, Rose Medical Center; Age 29
Casey received a Bachelors in Business Administration with
a focus in Marketing and Management and a Masters in
Healthcare Administration (MSHA). Casey works as the
Chief Staffing Officer and Assistant Administrator, reporting
to the Chief Executive Officer at Rose Medical Center.
Casey is involved with Meals on Wheels, Kisses for Kyle,
Habitat for Humanity, The American Heart Association, The
Gathering Pace, The Growing Project, The VOA, Urban Peak,
and Boots to Suits.
In his spare time, Casey enjoys playing ultimate frisbee,
cooking, travelling, craft beer, hiking, Denver professional
sports teams and spending time with family and friends.
Chad "KOLO" Kolakowski, Market Manager Deep Eddy Vodka, Colorado and New Mexico; Age 35
Chad received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with
an emphasis in Business, Sales, and Marketing at Colorado
State University. Chad started his career with Deep Eddy
Vodka in 2011. Prior to Deep Eddy, Chad worked for a
marketing firm in Austin TX running the PGA Tour, NFL, MLB,
NCAA, and INDY racing accounts.
Chad is involved with several charities and organizations
throughout the Colorado area.
In his spare time, Chad enjoys music, snowboarding,
hiking/camping, fly fishing, food/wine and spending time
with loved ones.
Courtney Mathews, Marketing Specialist, Turner Construction Company; Age 29
Courtney attended Abilene Christian University in Texas
and received her Bachelor's of Arts. She was the recipient
of Turner's Award for Innovation in 2013 and was honored
with one of Turner's Outstanding Staff awards in 2012.
Courtney is on her company's local community affairs
committee and was the Bike MS team captain for Turner
Construction. Courtney is a dedicated volunteer with Dry
Bones Denver, a fundraising committee member and grant
writer for Extreme Community Makeover and a member of
Denver Community Church.
In her spare time she enjoys distance and trail running,
rock climbing, hiking and spending time with her family.
Ashley McCreadie, Producer/Business Developer/Relationship Manager, Marsh, LLC; Age 25
Ashley received a Bachelor’s of Science in Risk Management
and Insurance from Florida State University. She works as
Producer/Business Developer/Relationship Manager at
Marsh LLC.
Ashley volunteers with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and
Firefly Autism. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding,
skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
Brittany Meier, Director of Marketing, Richfield Hospitality; Age 28
Brittany has a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the
University of Colorado Boulder. She also earned an MBA
from the University of Colorado Denver. Brittany is the
Director of Marketing for Richfield Hospitality, a hospitality
management company headquartered in Colorado.
Brittany is a published author, whose paper “Panopticon
Dreams: The Nightmarish Effects of Workplace
Surveillance” was printed in the 2007 book At The Edge of
Information: Changing Ethical Dilemmas.
She currently lives in Centennial and spends her time being
outdoors; snowboarding, hiking, and playing kickball. She
also enjoys spending time with her family and dog and is
engaged to be married this fall.
Nicole Moyle, Senior Business Analyst, SM Energy; Age 28
Nicole graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the
University of Colorado – Boulder with a degree in Finance
and Marketing. She is a Senior Business Analyst at SM
Energy, currently working on an ERP Implementation
Project. She is responsible for designing and implementing
new business processes that align with the new system
functionality.
On the weekend, you can find Nicole skiing/snowboarding,
gardening, traveling, interior decorating, cheering on the
Denver Broncos or Colorado Buffs, hiking or running … or all
of the above on a good weekend.
Lauren Pasquale, Digital Media Operations Director, U.S. Olympic Committee; Age 41
In six years with the U.S. Olympic Committee, Lauren
Pasquale has led a 560% increase in digital media reach from
the Beijing 2008 to the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic
Games by executing a growth strategy across emerging
digital platforms, and forecasting cutting-edge trends. Her
leadership experience in website, mobile, social and
broadcast media includes executive producer oversight on
live event production, live-to-tape broadcast, digital live
streaming and Video-On-Demand programming. She has
held similar positions with the National Football League and
USA Hockey.
A varsity swimmer at the College of William & Mary, Lauren
has completed graduate work at Northwestern’s Kellogg
School of Business Management and the Daniels College of
Business at the University of Denver.
She is an avid yogi, skier, cyclist and traveler, and a long-time volunteer with the Children’s
Literacy Center.
Edward Pierce, Producer & Partner, Lockton Companies; Age 34
Ed graduated from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine
in 2003. He has lived in Colorado since 2004.
Ed is a Producer (business development) for Lockton
Companies. Lockton is the largest privately held
insurance broker in the world. Ed spends most of his
work time advising clients on employee benefit plan
management.
Ed is on the board and is chair of the development
committee for Community Health Charities of Colorado.
Ed works with Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain and is
co-chair of the Junior Achievement Volunteer Leadership
Council.
Ed is married to Ann Pierce and is the father of two young
girls with a third child due in October, 2014.
Sarah Purkeypile, Manager, HR Analytics, West Division, Comcast; Age 30
Sarah attended Texas Tech University where she achieved
a degree in Finance from Rawls College of Business. In her
current role, Sarah supports 22,000 employees using data
to plan and deliver the best employee experience. Prior
to her career in analytics, Sarah enjoyed a career in
Internal Audit, working for the Comcast Advisory and
Assurance Team, Agility Solutions (a Denver based
consulting firm), and Protiviti (an international internal
audit firm).
Sarah was selected as one of the Top 20 Auditors Under
30 by Internal Auditor Magazine in 2013 and is a member
of the board for the Denver chapter of the Institute for
Internal Audit where she has been an active officer for
the last 5 years. She is also a member of the Editorial
Board for Internal Auditor Magazine. Sarah coordinates
annual food drives for local shelters and a candy drive for
Denver Children's Home.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, writing poetry and getting lost in a game of peek-a-boo
with her one year old daughter.
Stephanie E. Richards, Co-Founder & Managing Editor, Dandizette Magazine; Age 30
Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in psychology,
realized there was little to do with this and so sold off all her
possessions and backpacked around the world. Upon her
return to Denver, she completed a Masters degree in
journalism at the University of Colorado Boulder and has
since had the opportunity to produce radio shows and write
and edit for various publications in the Denver Metro area.
Stephanie has now started her own publication, Dandizette
Magazine, with the help of two incredible women and
business partners. Additionally, she is on the marketing
committee of The Denver Press Club, is the Communications
Council Manager for The Junior League of Denver
and volunteers with SaddleUp Foundation and Project
Generations.
Stephanie is passionate about and supports organizations whose goals focus on improving
homelessness, conservation and animal rights. Stephanie could not do all she does without the
incredible help and constant support of her amazing husband Cameron and their four-legged
children Riley, Shadow and Blitz.
Jackie K. Snyder, MBA, Vice President of Business Development, Paragon Audit & Consulting, Age 30
Jackie is responsible for Paragon Audit & Consulting’s
revenue growth strategy, client relationship management,
business development, sales, and marketing. Jackie grew up
in Sonoma County, CA as a national level competitive
swimmer, and left the North Bay Area on scholarship to
University of California, Irvine, where she earned a double
BA in International Studies and Cognitive Science. Prior to
joining Paragon in 2011, Jackie spent eight years in business
development, channel sales, sales, and sales management
roles, including working for the Denver Metro Chamber for
two years.
Jackie is actively engaged in various organizations in the
community, including: the State Board of Big Brothers Big
Sisters of CO (as State Board Liaison to the Associate Board),
Associate Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of CO (Executive
Committee), the Executive Committee of Minds Matter of
Denver (Director of Executive Committee Development), City Year Denver – Women’s Initiative
(Mentor & Advisory Council Member), the VX – Women’s Leadership (Founding Member), Mile
High United Way, the Denver Metro Chamber, Colorado Technology Association, and the
Corporate Affairs Committee of ACG (Association for Corporate Growth).
Jackie has a double Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Cognitive Science Psychology
from the University of California, Irvine. Jackie recently finished the MBA program with a
concentration in Business-to-Business Marketing at the University of Colorado.
