and a bottom ring installed and updated, a 7,000 bushel storage bin and
a 3,000 bushel soybean granary. In addition, there are two barns and a
machine shed. There is one pond on the premises and seven dry ponds in
the cropland.
The real estate is being sold “as is” at the office of Hugh V. Faulkner of McCoy, Faulkner & Broerman, 216 South First Street, Oskaloosa, IA 52577,

later than 10:00 a.m. on or before October 31, 2014. The top five bidders
will be invited to continue bidding at a private auction in said law office at
10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2014, and may raise their bid as many times as

The Sellers reserve the right to reject any and all bids for any reason at any time.
If an offer is accepted by the Sellers of the real estate, a written contract will
be entered into and the Buyer shall be required to pay ten percent of the
