These devices are able to provide up to 2 A of continuous output current and come with a wide input voltage range from 4 V up to 38 V, depending on the part number chosen. High flexibility is given by several adjustable parameters, like output voltage, switching frequency and synchronization capability. Moreover the extreme low operating quiescent current makes these devices suitable for energy saving and low power consumption stand-by applications. L7985, L7986, L7987 and ST1S14 are tailored for industrial applications and fail safe systems. These devices are able to provide up to 3 A of continuous output current and offer a wide input voltage range from 4.5 V up to 61 V, depending on the part number chosen. High flexibility is given by several adjustable parameters, like output voltage, switching frequency, current limit and soft start to name a few.
