1. Tender who are eligible to supply/provide the goods/ services/ works
specified above are kindly requested to purchase the tender document

2. The tender document are available at Purchasing Department during the

3. Enclose the Initial insurance amount specified above or 1% of the bid value
or whichever is lesser along with form No. TB 02. in form of Certified
Cheque, Cash, Bank Guarantee or Insurance Policy, valid for a period of at
least six months (provided that in both cases initial insurance should not
be less than BD 100).
4. All bids to be addressed to the University of Bahrain and must be
deposited in the Tender Box, located at the Tender Boards offices at
Al Moayyed Tower, Seef Area, (7th floor), before 1:30 P.M. on the closing
date mentioned above.
5. This tender/auction is subject to decree No. (36) for year 2002, and its
executive decree No. (37) for year 2002, in addition to any other conditions
and/or regulations specified in the tender documents.
6. The following conditions should be met:
• Copy of valid C.R. certificate for the same activity related to this tender.
• Prices (Unit and Total) should be indicated in form T.B.02.
• Copy of Certificate of compliance with the employment percentages of
Bahraini Manpower issued by the Ministry of Labor.
• All submitted documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
• This notice is considered as part of the tender documents.
• Incomplete submittals will be rejected.
