Registration: Both online and mail registrations will be accepted. Registrations received before
October 1, 2014 for current SFFA members or October 15, 2014 for non-members will be held
unopened till the applicable opening date. Workshops will be filled on a first-come, first-served
basis, determined by receipt of payment. Mailed registrations should be sent to SFFA, 2946
Randolph Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30345.
Payment: Full payment for the conference ($205) and meals ($140 for Thursday dinner thru
Sunday lunch) plus any additional costs (see below) is required at registration. You can pay online
when you register or mail a check with your registration form.
Additional Costs: Non-SFFA members are required to pay $5 for a lifetime SFFA membership
when they register. Anyone registering after December 31, 2014 will incur a $30 late registration
fee.
Materials Fees: There may be a materials fee payable to your instructor during your workshop.
This fee is in addition to your registration and any materials that your instructor suggests that you
bring.
Cancellation: Cancellations received by March 12, 2015 will receive a full refund minus a $50
cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after March 12, 2015. Please email the
registrar.
Changes: Changes will be accommodated if reasonable and possible. Please email the registrar.
Lodging: Room reservations must be made and paid for separately and directly with Arrowmont.
