This list is updated every Thursday. To get a copy of the latest list, go to Room 202 in City Hall or see our
website at www.smgov.net/rentcontrol. To add, renew or update a listing. go to the website or Room 202
in City Hall, or call the Apartment Listing Service Hotline at (310) 434-2609.
The deadline for all changes is 3:00 p.m. every Wednesday. Any submission received after that time
will appear the following Thursday.

The apartments listed for rent have been provided to Rent Control by the owners or their agents, who have represented that
the units are for rent. As a service to its constituents, Rent Control is making the list available to tenants seeking rentals.
Neither Rent Control nor the City of Santa Monica makes any representation whatsoever about the units, including
their condition, status, or the terms of any rental agreement.
Tenants interested in renting these or any other units should conduct their own inquiries and investigations before entering
